Alison and Christian play a big part in the downfall of the hotel. She has no idea what working is all about, always negative, always criticising, and absolutely not acknowledging she is just a very simple employee. Christian gives me the feeling he is corrupted one way or another and steals hours per day by smoking, crying and complaining. He has no clue about giving service and is one of those employees who should be fired on the spot.

Christian (not his real name) always gave the impression he cared but deep down, he didnt..he was so false all the way along the line. He cared for noone but himself hence why he ended up doing time for 2 years for fraud. He stole from a hotel in Blackpool.

Those coach trips remind me of the 80s when I was a teen and my parents would drag me along on their many "educational" all inclusive bus tours of various parts of the US and Canada. I would be the only teen and my parents would often be the only couple under 50. At the time, I was mortified but now ... We called ourselves The Three Musketeers. They were great trips

Like just simply book to stay in a half decent hotel that does online bookings and go out in the evening to a pub or something and make your own entertainment. The fact that this many modern families would pay to stay at a hotel where you have to phone to book a room and then discover there's no wifi makes you wonder how hard up these people must be lol.

@@mojorisin8368 the point I was making was that they had a website by this point that just didn't work at all so you still had to phone them up to make a booking and the woman who we spoke to was down right rude when I stayed there with my family back in 2012.

I am sure the lack of internet presence is a big reason why they failed.

She is not worth kissing the feet of any manager, she is a parasite preying on the energy of anybody else and she was one of the reasons Mark went broke again.
