Management smoking at the front doors in full view of guests. Outrageous!

That “honeymoon suite”is utterly terrifying, so how anyone could think it was lovely just shows me how very very different us humans really are🤭

to be fair this is from the early 2010’s: we’ve had massive leaps in style and what’s considered “retro and cool” since then. then, that probably looked vintage and unique. now it looks like a total dump

He definitely wasnt a nice bloke,after he left this hotel he stole around £13,500 from another place he worked at and then changed his name and went on the run,he was later caught in Blackpool and was then convicted.

I think he has the worst, most unsupportive staff. They don't even try and embrace his ideas and he does seem to know what he's talking about but he can't do it all on his own.

What I dont get is Christian gives out about Zach not working yet every time the camera is on Christian hes outside smoking doing nothing

He used to babysit for her four children now they are married 😨wonder if they are still together.

I forgot the young guy's name, but I think Christian definitely fancied him a bit, or maybe was a little bit jealous. But he was giving off a bit of a vibe...

Yeah I saw that too, it's seems to be a common thing with small businesses, a local windows manufacturer has the crappiest sign outside his premises in faded paint and sagging hardboard saying 'Richards Aluminium' & it's barely readable & all it tells you is that these people have no pride in their work and no clue about first impressions.

What do their houses look like if they think these rooms are nice?

The staff always discussing with the owner, always negative, always pretending knowing better, smoking in front of the hotel. If you would work where I work you would be out of a job years ago. Obviously not knowing their place.

Mark you have great ideas but you are too all over the place and your employees aren't invested in your Hotel. I realize this is an old show but in case you are still at it. You need to sit down with your staff explain your financial issues, your dreams for the the Hotel and if they don't share in your vision they can go. Give them a bonus at the end of the year if you make certain goals. You need a TEAM not the mess you are working with. I saw the episode you got rid of Christian which was the best decision ever.

There is that unwritten rule that you do not fraternise with a guest,no matter what..having worked in Hotels I can tell you now that rule is virtually impossible to go by,all I can say is extreme provocation got the better of me several times but I was young and daft then🤣
