Fun fact he made this ep in 3 weeks, with no real commercial goal or set date, that’s why it’s so emotionally raw.

This EP means alot to me because he released this right after i broke up with my gf at that time three years of relationship. So it got me so bad but it helped me to heal up. so i will forever cherish this EP even though I moved on and now i am in a good relationship.

Privilege was the best transition vibe into his first single Heartless on After Hours. “Back to my ways”

Abel said he is going to sing songs that people feel & think but won't say our loud. His music is great for his healing therapy. He is getting all of the toxic things that he as experience off of him without shame.

Never There is definitely the heavy hitter on the album. Slightly besting Call Out My Name in the lyrics, and taking us back to the Tears In The Rain level bars and Echoes of Silence album level bars

My favorite weekend project

I love MDM so much. I still get into my feelings when I listen to it. His song Heartless was originally going to be on MDM but he moved it to After Hours. That is why he says he is back to his old ways on that song referencing Privilege

I was never there is the song that probably brought me out of my depression. I try not to idolize people but this EP made me a fan for sure

On call out my name in the video he has black birds flying around him… back to the birds part 1 and 2 he made a while back… on the birds part 2 he claimed that the female he hurt told him” why can’t you wait til I fall out of love” and he said the exact same thing in call out my name and like he claimed in the song “the birds” he’s just a bird. Now In call out my name he’s saying that Selena Gomez was just a bird and he was just a pit stop

Idk why nobody’s mentioning this whole entire EP was about Selena Gomez his Ex GF they broke up before this dropped and that’s why it hit when i first listened I felt for him and it’s so raw🙇🏽‍♂️🔥🔥🔥(These are Abel’s true emotions no facade so raw and real to me this is up there with Kissland & After Hours for me Top 3 in his discography without a doubt)

I love the title in itself.. Melancholy being a state of sadness, which I was in at the time going through a Terrible breakup. But ending it with privilege a song saying as if i want to see you happy even if it's not with me.

Let's goo!!! Bitter/sweet moment now that you've covered all his music lol, what a great journey!
