The Weather Girls were and still are one of the best groups ever. Not only that, but they epitomized being comfortable in your own skin and the importance of loving yourself. And their videos take me back to the time where videos were truly fun and/or funny.

I love this song and video on so many levels. But I will try to keep this as short and sweet as possible. The Weather Girls are amazing singers and actresses and the humor in this video is one of the reasons they have so many fans. In addition, the amazingly talented Gene Anthony Ray (RIP Gene) is simply divine in this video too. Whenever I feel sad and/or in a bad mood, this is one of the videos I always watch to help to lift my spirits:)

WOW... Never saw this video before now. Never had th pleasure of meeting these ladies. And remember when one of them passed away.... When she say "crazy as a bed bug" about Gene, she was right!!! LMBO!!! Met him while FAME was number one... good people, but lost in many ways... Was a lot of fun and some crazy times as well. Gene and his mother often hung out together... what a pair! God Bless them all!

I am infuriated that The Weather Girls Vevo has no COVER PHOTO!

As a sad side note, the actor who played Wiggy in this video (Gene Anthony Ray) died only at 41 years old from AIDS complications. It was 2003, a year before Izora died at the age of 62.
