Lyna tier made me put Garrett above Kyle on my husbando list of Grinding Gear hosts.

Fun fact: back in the early days of ARR there was a cutscene in the Waking Sands, where the camera bugged out and didn't pan up like it was supposed to and you were "treated" to a fifteen minute cutscene of Minfilia's jiggle physics. Let me tell you, those things move 100% independently of each other. This bug has since been fixed 😂

I'm so glad to see Fordola so high up. She tends to be so slept on in the fanbase at large, but she's probably my favourite female character.

First of all, congrats to both of you for reaching 30k subs! The dynamic you two bring while going through the MSQ together is always great to watch. Here's to your channels next milestone. I've always wondered what the game would look like if both Moenbryda and Ysayle managed to stay alive longer and be a part of the Scions to be a part of the WoL's many adventures. Sill bummed that they were gone so soon. So happy Lyna was rated so high in the list. Such a great ShB character despite not being a part of the main crew. I still remember her speech after the Sin Eater attack when she stumbled and said she was okay. Looking forward to Garrett and Kyle's emotional "Tears List" they mentioned 4 months ago, but only after they finish base EW. So many wonderful moments from this game I can't wait to see what memorable events stand out to them.

Yotsuyu going in S tier is definitely preparation for Zenos going in the S tier husbando list. Or maybe that's just me

This video is a Kyle tour-de-force, the man is hilarious.

Any video that lets me dive into Kyle's head is always entertaining to watch.

Sadu as Waifu would be like living with Cato from the Pink Panther. You get home from a long day at work, you just want to relax, you go to the fridge to grab a beer... and all of a sudden you're rocketing backwards as you take a Fire III to the chest, and Sadu is leaping out of the fridge with eyes aglow, and a battle cry on her lips, and you are in for a fight for your life! And win or lose, making up afterwards would be _amazing._ Neither of you would be able to feel your legs.

This tier list is one made with only the highest and finest of tastes. Only truly cultured folk can enjoy such peak content with no arguments or controversy whatsoever. Happy Wednesday, everyone!

It's rare that I agree with a Tier list quite this much, though I have to pour one out for my Dulia Chai. I completely understand the reasons but B rank feels criminally low. I would put Giott in A rank and put Dulia in "Best Mom" tier, or maybe "Waifu for Laifu" tier cause that's a person you can grow old with. Also good on chat for getting Sadu to S rank. But at the end of the day, not my tier list! Great stuff as always!

Note on Cirina's grandmother: go back and talk to her from time to time as you advance through the story, as her advice changes and you progress through MSQ

Dulia Chai is basically my wife in a video game so she's SSS Tier for me lol aside from that this tier list is perfect

I would love a 'grinding gear's partners reaction' where your significant others react to your opinions on what makes for a great waifu.

Minfilla deserved better than to be done dirty by chat at the end. Lyse is also a little hugher for me.

I'm glad they added my suggestion of Aenor, but I wonder where they would put her if they actually followed her story. With their bromance and her obsession with brotherly love.

Y'shtola #1, there is a good reason she is the face of FFXIV in Dissidia. Krile is the ONLY Lalafell I like, agreed on her S tier. Note that Giott is Dwarf, far superior to the overgrown popotoes we are used to on the source. As much as I would like Yotsuyu to step on me, Merlwyb is my favorite for the "Dommy Mommy" waifu spot. Why no Edda? Goth yandere ftw When you get to the Husbando list: Gaius #1, Estinien and Godbert for S tier.

FF14 is a famously difficult game to mine for content after MSQ but you guys will do fine, ha. Some solid cringe degeneration! I am all in. Also the way you guys break down games in narrative, design, mechanics is definitely something I would watch applied to other games I find interesting.
