Those 3 alone make up $123Million. They still have Wiseman $12Mil, Kuminga $6Mil and Moody for $4mil. Grand total of $144Mill for the year of 2023-24. - Poole will more than likely get a $20Mill offer, $15Mill minimum and that's low. The warriors won't be able to match that or even offer him that amount. He will more than likely be gone after next year given the drastic amount he would have to accept versus what he could get. Literally a $15mil to $20Mill discount since he would need to sign for less than $5million.The window for the warriors is literally NOW, This year! Guys that will be more than likely gone Next Year unless they sign minimums - Wiggins(Via Trade), Looney, Iggy, Otto, GP2, Damion Lee, Juan and Bjelcia because of the massive cap they have next year. Almost $170million! Take Wiggins out since he is technically still under contract and it's still around $140Million.

Not worried about it to much, lol ironically this like Steph early on in his career. Insane offensive potenital but due to his lack of size (compared to other NBA players of course) he was often the target in the defense. Fast forward a few years and Chef apparently became ripped enough that he now has the strength to even fight the so called "mismatches". Poole is the same right now, he has this lanky build that helps with his quick burst of speed during drives and cuts but it is also the reason why the more physical players are eating him inside the court. He will figure it out, whether it means he need more muscles or if he needs to be better in zone defense, he will figure it out.

well, the best part of this is, Jordan Poole understands what does it take. at 22 yr old player with multi-millon contract, he doesnt have any hobby other than baskeball. He lived with the ball. In the interview, he literately does three things on a regular basis - trainings, sleeping and eating. So doesnt matter how talent he was ranked at college or which pick, he will shine and time will pay off

2024-25 will be an important time for all warriors fans. Thompson and green contracts come off the books. What will the line up look like by then? Does Poole take the starting role? Does he stay or accept a back up role? at some point Dray Klay and curry will trend downwards while teams like Memphis Dallas and Denver trend upward. In my opinion, I want to see Poole stay a warriors for the majority/all of his career. A future of Poole, moody, Kuminga and wiseman with Dray, Steph and Klay watching them from the bench will be wonderful to see.

As someone who’s been stepped on by Poole a few times, that man is going to be a superstar. It’s the mind set for me. Perennial All NBA 2nd or 3team, Whenever he takes over for Curry.

$$$$$ Contracts will be the down fall of this team. A lot sooner than you think. They'll have to decide to either trade a big star like Green or Klay or if they don't then these young bucks are gone due to them getting paid somewhere else. Poole will get an easy $15-$25Million contract when 2023-24 year comes and he is a RFA. Warriors wouldn't have the money to retain him given Curry, Klay and draymond will make like $122Mill then you add another $22 mill for Wiseman, Kuminga and Moody. for a total of around $144million. So IMO either Klay will be traded or Poole will sign elsewhere and I think we all know that Klay will more than likely be staying put.

Steph is unlike any other star, except maybe Steve Nash. How many stars embrace a chance to be a real teacher? Let alone to teammates that play their own position. Monta Ellis treated Steph like dirt when Steph was drafted.

It's all about the team with the Warriors. Egos and personal accolades take a back seat to player development and teamwork. Heck, it was fundamental to the success they had when KD joined the team, otherwise it would have never worked. Just more of the same here, with different players and situations, and in this example, it's a "Poole Party!" Just wait, Moody, Kuminga, and (hopefully) Weisman should all benefit from the same system of support, positive reinforcement and ultimately success. When they do, we'll be treated to another decade of outstanding Warriors basketball after the big three move on.

The plan was always simple, steph make him next up. Advise the future. Training with klay steph dray, his play style can't help but look like he play for gsw starting line up. Except soon Poole time will be a great in himself. Good luck to you bro. Can we take time as fans to thank this guy BOB MEYERS. A legend.

I hope JP will be patient and not be greedy. If he starts off the bench, trust the process, he is talented and he will be a full time starter soon. Steph will be retiring in 5 or 6 years maybe and if JP plays his cards right, he'll be the next leader of GSW.

Are you serious? Have you been looking at his numbers in the playoffs? He has outscored Klay in most of the playoff games. Often by a large margin. He's been more consistent than Klay has. Of course, he hasn't had Klay's defense, but his offense has been better.
