Poole has always had this overflowing confidence, but now he has the developing skill to back it all up. If Warriors stay healthy they have more depth then the 73-9 season. Scary times ahead 👀

I was just thinking about how much of a blessing Livingston was coming off of the bench those years. I’m thinking Jordan Poole could play a similar role. And he’s younger so big plus.

Poole is so damn quick! I'd love to see him is a full-court race with John Wall, DeAaron Fox, or Ja Morant.

He could have easily turned into an oubre (light skin ig model). But he cut his hair, got of social media and started grinding! Characteristics of a future franchise player! He’s gonna get that bag! While others keep chasing clout and ig hooz

He had the drive and desire to succeed. Now being drafted by the Warriors gives him an opportunity to rise and shine, he worked relentlessly in improving his game, and now he found his niche, because the game just slowed down for him. To have Curry, Green, Thompson, coach Kerr and staff to help Poole grow into the player he is now ready to play. Klay said its your time, the camera is on you.

Honestly, I remember when he came back from the g league last year, and something was just DIFFERENT. He was hitting buckets, he was playing defense, he was on FIRE. And I thought, "surely this is gonna hit a wall." But it just, like, didn't? By the end of the year, he was NAILS. Looking at him in the preseason, he just looks insane amazing. The kid has been splashing 3s and pulling out some filthy fakes and moves to get both himself and his teammates open. As a lifelong dubnation fan, I'm so excited to watch him play.

Oh it has hit a wall. His EFG% is .505. 3P FG% is ..282. His turnover rate is well above the league average. And his defense is lackluster.

Hard work and perseverance. He had his struggles but didn’t let that or the negatives things be said about him deter him. He stayed lock in and continued to put the work in. Now thanks to that commitment of wanting to get better, the warriors have another bonafide star in the making

He is proving himself more now that he is indeed a future star in the making 🔥✨

This aged well like fine wine.

Also he came full circle, he ended up getting drafted by the warriors. He's been a warrior all his life, respect.

You can tell by the way the opposing players are defending Poole. They play him hard. There is definitely respect. If Poole keeps this going, he's going to be recognized by the league and become a household name this season.

"Became the star that he is today" One step at a time buddy. With that said, I scoffed at your original 17ppg for Poole (that you recently put at 20ppg), but I think you are on to something after checking him out during the preseason. Great work, better to start the bar low, 17ppg is great.

@@TheRoadLessChosen Nope, didn't see it at these high of expectations. He was sent to the G-League multiple times. He wasn't showing promise. I don't know what being a gym rat has to do with him being more efficient in basketball, but apparently you saw something then.

@@itsyourenotyour9101 well I’m not just a gym rat I’m also a nerd for the game. Watch too much film. It wasn’t about his shooting it was about the way he was starting to move. To me, and I said this too, he was mimicking Curry’s movement without the ball and attempting to do what he does with the ball. He just needed time to adjust. I think it was Reggie Miller that said the same thing against the Clippers. He said he reminded him of Curry. It’s obvious he’s been mentoring under Curry. Now he needs to slow down. He’s doing things too quick. But that will come to him very soon.

@@TheRoadLessChosen He needs to work on his defense, he's missing basic assignments like the one with Avery Bradley the other night (critical possession too). But damn, his explosiveness is really impressive now. I don't remember him exploding out of a cross over like he does now to get to the basket and of course the muscle helps him finish at the basket. His speed is something Curry doesn't really have. If you saw this stuff last year or whenever, you probably SHOULD make videos. If you start predicting things correctly and gain credibility I'm sure you might build something. Do something different and talk about film aspects as well.

I always saw the potential (role year, I didn't know of him prior to that). But he has turned it up to a new level.. It's both fun and amazing to watch, I love seeing that he's an awesome person off the court as well, definitely one of my favorites, keep being great JP3.

He got so good by HARD WORK and by the assistance of his teammates and a franchise, that's actually loyal to it's players and puts in a lot of efforts to make it's players better and more confident!! Steph Curry's influence can NOT be underestimated, as Steph is an unselfish player, that elevates his surroundings, bringing value and a good mindset to the people around him!!

On his first day at warriors ground I totally see he could be fit to be in the splash brooo not just splash nephew but a splash trio how much more now that he improved alot. Imagined that he can also shot 3s and most of all he can help Steph and the warriors tho. I see a klay style and a Steph range so fortunately he got the big chance to be part of splash broosss and a warriors forever. And as a warriors fan I am so blessed and glad that this team chose Jordan Poole on that draft. I love warriors alot and so JP3 on this team with my all time fav SC30. Then for me Jordan Poole is my most improved player.

Lol that's funny because I noticed Poole had the short shorts on last game against the Lakers and I guess it's also good because they're not as baggy and no one can tug on them and slow you down. I've never done it when I was hooping but since the beginning of me playing 2k which I started playing on Dreamcast I've always created my player wearing short shorts I just like the nerd that can ball look I still do it till this day in my career so it's cool to see someone do it for real. 👍🏀

I see Poole learned to keep his legs & feet together when shooting. Some of the early vids show his legs going out on each side which can't be good for landing safely.

Honestly, if we can keep our core young guys by the time Steph, Klay, and Dre are about to head out to retirement, I'd say we are in good hands. I have so much confidence in these young guys and there is little doubt in my minds Warriors fans are eating good for a while in terms of basketball

I've always thought that draft picks that have been lauded and praised since high-school as the next NBA Superstar.... Fail almost always in the NBA. They don't know how to take criticism, do not want to better their game by working out, and have an ego based on entitlement. Guys like Poole, work their asses off for everything they get and take advantage of the opportunity when it's earned. Jordan Poole is getting paid with an extension this year. He's earned it.

JP is still a young player and he has a lot that he can improve on, for one thing he needs to work on his defense and not fall asleep when guarding on that end of the floor. He also needs to be a playmaker more often, you understand that because when he is with the starting five he isn't relied on much to playmake because that is what Draymond is on the floor, but when JP is with the players coming off the bench he needs to understand that he should playmake more often instead of just doing a bunch of the scoring, he needs to get the other guys going to, when he is able to know this distinction when playing with the starters and with the second unit he will be much more efficient player and not fall into the Westbrook mentality.

Jordan Poole is gonna become one of the best players of all time.
