that’s been my complaint with E’s content lately and why i’ve mostly stopped watching. when a setup video is sponsored by 90% of the kit in the video…it turns into an ad.

Balolo usually sponsors some of his videos, besides KZread don’t pay as well as it used to 😂 honestly balolo is way better and cheaper than a lot of other brands

It’s a very inspiring space

I'm in the process of building my own desk setup and I need a desk shelf but Balolo is too expensive so I need a cheaper version that also ships to Europe. I just bought the G9 Oled so I need a large desk shelf that is more affordable?

Does the TB4 dock handle 2 5K monitors at 60Hz refresh rate? I’ve seen that TB4 can handle a double 4K setup at 60Hz but not 5K.

Instead of using the CalDigit doc, you can daisy chain the monitors, and have the same result

No you cannot daisy chain those monitors, due to lack of TB ports. You would need at least 2 TB ports in the back of the studio display to daisy chain them.

I have a setup that is like 90% this one. Nice !

Thank You for this informative video, as I do intend to purchase a Setup Cockpit very similar to this via a Chinese e-Commerce platform similar to Amazon with the laptop dock in closed mode. I thought that the dock can only be mounted on the sides of the cockpit as advertised by Balolo.

E, because of you I bought CalDigit TS4. It's an absolute beast! I am in between switching desks and one of the few things that will be transferred over the new one will be the mbp, ts4 and the peripherals.

I must say rather than slamming E for the video being a sponsored ad. It’s very very very likely that E found products first. Then later looked for brand endorsement while using these products.

1:40 whats with the piano stool with the screws sticking out of it lol. also, i see so many of these setups involving some 3rd party dock...apple really needs to jump on that market and make an apple dock.

One very very expensive overall setup we see here but looks great and it is top stuff indeed. The vertical laptop mount and hub addition are my fav. Only suggestion is to get the big man a correctly sized mouse like a logi mx master 3 or something 😅
