Thank you Grant. My name is Jason Caldwell. I'm from a little town outside of Charlotte north Carolina. A town called hickory. I work a below average job at walmart. I quit putting money in my 401k. I went back to school for residential heating and air. I'm still working my walmart job, but now I do heating and air on the side. That money I just put back dont touch it. One of the best ways to get rich is to buy a home to live in with little money down. You can't buy just any home but one that is a great deal. Hud homes are a great source since they give priority to owner occupant buyers. They also offer 203b fha loans with an escrow for some repairs. Or you can use an fha 203k loans for a lot of repairs. Get that great deal with little money, then get a line of credit to take cash out of the home and use it to buy real estate. That is what I did. 120k square of rentals 9byears later I am pretty happy! Plus the profit on a home you live in is often tax free. You can turn that home into a rental after a year. You can use owner occupant loans on 1 to 4 unit properties as well if you want to house hack.

Hi GC. I was an illustrator that was happy to have a job, to learn like you with books and school but I reached my goals. Worked for the best Advertising Agencies as a Graphic Designer. Was accepted in a Architecture school! Was contacting artists, TV personalities and also millionaires. One day I decide to marry. 24. I got 3 awesome kids, one of them is a mentally handicap. I lost my job. I lost my money. I lost self respect because I got no way to work. People bullied on me called me drug addict because my homeless look. (I never used drugs in my whole life). Now I am broke. I am alone caring for my daughter. Divorced with all that experience with big clients (accounts) and great creative ideas in my mind. I need a partner! I need a mentor. I need to come back to myself. And did it. My mind is ready to start a big business. But my kids and behaviors have me almost broke surviving. Please help me with a job ;-)
