From DRUG ADDICT to BILLIONAIRE - THIS IS HOW I DID IT
This is how I was able to recover from being a drug addict. I went from being a good kid, to using drugs everyday for almost 10 years and nearly losing my life.
The problem wasn't that I used drugs and the addictions I had... The problem I had was when my surroundings tried to get me at level 1 or level 2... And not 10X.
If you or someone you care about has an abbuse problem... Please watch this video.

The best advice I ever got was.... "If you quit getting high, and use just 20% of the energy you waste in the drug addiction, you will be successful. He was absolutely correct.

@@sterlthepearl1000 True. I was anti drug as they come. I hurt my back and the "Good Dr" prescribed me "medicine". I was ignorant to the fact that it was monopolized herion. I didnt even like the way it made me feel, and had issues falling asleep. Doc said no worries, your body will get use to it. Then gradually raised my dose. The dr nor the pharmacist warned me about the addiction, tolerance increase, mood swings nor the withdraw. I didnt realize, or admit to myself, that I was a junkie, until I went on vacation 18 months later. I forgot my meds and had the worse week of my life.... Crazy withdrawal. I said to myself Id never touch them again. But as soon as I got home I ate a handful. From therr things just got far worse as my tolerance increased. I was turned out by drug dealers/salesman in white coats, who we are conditioned to trust. Fortunately, I got my girlfriend pregnant, and valued my sons wellbeing over my addiction. I made a promise to him 14years ago that I will keep to the end. He saved my life. I have 3 boys now and they are my world, my purpose...... My Drug.

This story is incredible and gives me such perspective. I was also a drug addict and failed college, tried to un-live myself when I was 20 years old, and was a mess until about 22. Now I'm 25, I got my life together and I'm about to raise seed funding for my software company which we started last year. I've constantly thought "I am behind in life" and like I wasted a decade. If Grant didn't get his life together until 25, and he got where he's at. That gives me the perspective that perhaps I'm not "behind in life". Perhaps I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be and if Grant was able to change and grow so much so can I, and I've grown a lot already.

As a young boy, I was known for my gentle heart and boundless optimism. I had dreams-big dreams-of becoming someone who would make a difference, someone who could uplift others. Life, it seemed, had so much to offer. But slowly, like quicksand pulling me under, drugs and alcohol began to erode my spirit. My dreams started to dissolve into a haze of substance abuse. My unborn child was lost, and the love of my life walked away, unable to bear the man I had become. Everything seemed surreal, like a twisted version of what my life was supposed to be. People who once saw potential in me were now laughing at the wreckage I had become. The aspiration to be a software engineer, which once seemed like a lofty but attainable goal, now felt like a joke. I was drowning in a sea of shame and misery, and in that despair, I tried to end my life. Not just once, but twice. That’s when life forced me into a corner. At 29, I was put into a rehab program for 30 days. I came out of that experience a changed man-sober and more committed than ever. That first year was all about rediscovering myself, focusing intensely on mental health, and personal growth. It was during this transformative phase that I met the woman who would become my wife, and we welcomed a beautiful son into our family. At 30, reinvigorated and clear-eyed, I set my sights again on my long-lost dream of becoming a software engineer. Within just 8 months of relentless studying, I achieved what many thought impossible-I landed a job as a software engineer. By 31, I had a fulfilling job, a loving family, and a home of our own. Financially stable and mentally resilient, I achieved a complete turnaround in a remarkably short time. Those years I thought were wasted? They’ve become my most invaluable lessons. The agony of almost losing myself has fueled an indomitable will to never return to that abyss. It’s a force that propels me every single day to seize the opportunities life offers, with both hands. If you’re struggling, if you’re in that dark place and need someone to talk to, don’t hesitate to DM me. Your life has so much untapped potential, and sometimes all it takes is one meaningful conversation to begin unlocking it. I don’t need anything in return. Let my story be your inspiration that no matter how far you’ve fallen, it’s never too late to rise.

Completely accurate. I've spent some time away from GC's wisdom and motivation, and it shows. I used to struggle with alcoholism and addiction, and go to AA...what a horrible way to think, to live. I am meant for so, so much more, and so are YOU. Let's not succumb to the bullshit our society attempts to spoon-feed us; let's build each other up and onward towards all the beauty and abundance we were meant to have.

So far, Cardone's speech has been the most slapper soul speech I ever heard. Taking my "habits", "ruins" and thinkingness and turning them into action in my plan to succeed. If I had the time to get myself fuck up by drinking a lot. I will multiply every bottle by 10 actions and results. There is no way I cannot reach the billionaire spot. Thank you Mr Cardone.

Sometimes it takes getting away from EVERYONE be alone to realize that you want to change your life more than you thought.

Glad to hear this part of your story. I think people see where you are now and just assume it’s always been that way. Honesty will ALWAYS earn you respect even when it hurts. I have a similar story and I just started turning my life around really and all I can say is thank you for being so forth coming , it gives not only me hope for the future but also hope for those people that are still in that situation. I had to fall down 100 times before I finally learned hey this isn’t the way I wanna live my life and when you know there’s a healthier , happy life on the other side of whatever situation you might be in it really keeps you motivated to keep on doing what’s right and putting in the work.

I feel I have a duty to "recover out loud". I want to give people hope that if this guy, who was homeless and relapsed over 20 times, can get clean AND start a business where he's making 3-5k in his pocket every week...well dammit if he can do it, so can I. Stay strong and make meetings!

@@AMateofAndrews hey I saw your comment and I saw you have 5 months clean from the same thing that messed my life up so bad. Which is awesome man, people don’t realize how addictive that shit is, literally worse then herion. I only have about 2 1/2 months personally which before this I would get maybe a couple weeks here and there but I really do believe that addictive mindset can be extremely helpful if you make it out of the unhealthy addictions and channel that addictive mindset into healthy addictions which is what I’m working on now but it is a process and I have those days still where it’s on my mind but I just let it pass. But keep up that progress not just for you but everyone else out there in our situation buddy

Thank u for doing this. I was thinking this just the other day. It's not that people have problems...it's that there not going for it. It's almost like we get brainwashed...unknowingly to act a certain way and as a result there of, we don't even fathom true ideas ...true to us .....like the 10x aspect....because we are unknowingly living in this prison or dome that society has placed on for us. It's almost as if that moment that happened to you ..freed you to think freely and figure out the solution... outside of the box... completely unique to you Mr. Cardone, and from then on...all things followed.... especially more out of the box thinkings. Once again....thank you. Your an out of box thinker...and a few other cool things as well. Cheers.
