Which schooling you have also makes a big difference in how you carry yourself forward in life. When you have to go to public school and are lumped in with a cesspool of underachieving morons and clout chasers it wreaks havoc on your self confidence and outlook as a young impressionable person. Not saying you can’t change things as an adult but a leg up certainly helps.

Yes, it is possible to buy liabilities after a couple of years of depreciation, maintain it well/fix it up and turn it into an asset 2. If you're starting out at zero, you'll have to trade time for money until you're able to build a system that makes you money Thoughts?

I agree with most of what Grant says. I talk about this stuff on my own channel. BUT I do not agree with the statement that the plane is an "Asset". In no way shape or form is the plane an asset. The only way for it to be an asset is if he rents it out and brings in more than the plane's expenses, cost of crew, maintenance and upkeep, and lease payments (if any). And I seriously doubt Grant rents his plane out. So therefore it's a liability, not an asset.

He explained it on some interview. The plane itself is a huge waste of money according to every financial guy he talked to but every millionaire/ billionaire told him it was the best purchase of their lives because they meet another billionaires naturally on those small private airports. As a result it most likely brings another big deals what makes it an asset.
