Have you ever thought about investing in a small scale franchise as a franchisee with a proven model and sales instead of putting all your money into a business that might not become successful or can be wiped out with a hurricane or earthquake? Im not saying dont pursue your dream of owning a hotel but its probably better to invest your savings in a business that is already a hit like 7/11, mcdonalds, or any small franchise that has a national brand recognition. You can even buy a semi and pay somebody to drive it for you and then scale up. Yea with semi's, youd be starting it, but its something that is in demand constantly. And yea theres people who are quitting but you gotta study how the most successful companies are staying successful. I talk with alot of people who want to own business like me but i tell them its better to sacrifice first, and later when you have alot of money or money that wont hurt if the business fails. And dont forget the cost of employees etc.I bet Philippines everything is cheaper so you might not make much, not sure but if you were to do investments in the united states and generate alot of money, you could build resorts with pools and hotel service etc. Because the competition is fierce and you would be going against multi million dollar luxury resorts. If i was a customer, how can you convince me to go to your hotel instead of going to a well known one that has chefs and travel guides?Just some constructive criticism i thought id share as id want somebody helping me. Heres an idea: Amazon sells portable Foldable tiny houses for 10,000. What i would do is buy alot of land and ship several of those houses there. They are portable so you can always try another spot or resell them to the community

I hope someday someone in Hollywood makes a movie about this guy. His story would be a great addition to the big screen.

Now if you’d remove that annoying background music it would be awesome. We don’t need a production like being in a movie. I’ve been busting my ass for years and never have I heard some cheesy music in my head when I reached a milestone or goal. There isn’t any music in the background when you are fighting to not go bankrupt and staying up all night thinking of how to get something done. There is only silence and the thoughts and voices in your head.
