@@cindydivine8951 bone broth is rich with collagen and available at Walmart for roughly $3 or you can make it by slow cooking bones. I used to eat a debone a rotisserie chicken then boil just the bones with seasoning until I found out bone broth was at walmart. Now I don't even do that I just add a scoop of collagen to any liquid or mix it with another protein shake once or twice a day. Vital proteins is pricey so I use perfotek available at amazon and it's tasteless.

@@angelcoleman6192 I think you will be fine lol. I can't find the article to support my claim but when I found out about MSM & Milk Thistle detoxing the liver it stated not to stir w/metal, I think it flushes the liver removing toxins and metals from the body so I'm assuming stirring it with metals makes it reacts w/the metal or possibly in whatever they coat silverware in, and either it makes it less effective or its reacts with metal in a negative way. I hope that helps.

I think it's because the reaction between Sulfur and metal, even though MSM is a different type of sulfur, it clings to metal and that's why it's a good detoxifier a word I just made up, when you ingest it.

But you are glowing my Dear 🕊🌹🕊🤗....I'm an R.N. of 44+ years....St. Johns/Joans Wort is an extremely powerful herb, so ensure that when you're taking it, it's not contraindicated ( should not be taken with ) with other supplements or medications that you may be taking....I love the regime that you're on. It's important to address these concerns when young so that when you're older, your body is not in "total break down mode". Working from the "inside out" is most important. Keep up the good work my Dear 🕊🌹🕊

Hey girl! Thank you for all the great information. You hair and your skin look gorgeous!!! I wanted to encourage you concerning depression. I was suffering depression for many many years but then I met Jesus and He set me free from it. I don't judge it's a serious problem, and I know what if feels like but He came for those who suffer and through the cross where He gave his life He has won against depression! So I encourage you to have a challenge Him and ask Him if He exists and if He does, to come and show you. I don't know if you believe or not but in Jesus there is hope! Blessings and much love

Lolly Smith Love your comment! We were created, designed, in the image of our Creator. He didn’t make us broken. Sin breaks us. We are in a state of dis ease because of sin, somewhere, sometime. Like with greed. People chose profit over health, and now the world is sick and dying in every way possible. Selling us the lie that we need to be more egocentric, more open, more closed, more this, more that. No. We need to surrender all to Jesus, God wrapped in flesh. It’s supernatural!! He really CAN heal us!!

I have Grave's disease and have bene taking methimzole/tapazole for over a year, but it makes my joints hurt (more than they already did) and my hair has been thinning with texture changes (it got straighter) :-( I was gluten free for 8 years before being diagnosed, but i'm thinking of trying the auto-immune protocol (no grains, nightshade veges, eggs, dairy, processed sugars, beans/lentils, etc). What's your experience with MSM?

  • @zeppelinmexicano

This girl is GORGEOUS beyond belief. OTOH, yeh, MSM is not just important, it's crucial. Cell membranes will get britle and impermeable without sufficient sulfur. So there you go - it's cheap and the methyl form transmutes to sulfate in the body, this is what the cell membrane needs to allow nutrients in and metabolic wastes out. But damn, you are gorgeous.

Nicole Boynton Have the doctor check your vitamin d levels and also your iron. Most black people are vitamin d deficient and low levels of it can cause depression. I was on antidepressants for a while. Then my doctor checked my vitamin d and it was LOW. She prescribed me vitamin d3 at 2000 UIs a day and the depression is gone. Iron deficiency can cause depression also. Be sure to get those checked. Be blessed in Jesus’ name!

BrownFaceTV if you got the powder you can put it in smoothies or your juices, chia pudding, smoothie bowls . You can put it in anything. If you got the tincture which is really good you can also put that in about 2 oz of liquid and drink it. It's really good if you can take drops and place underneath your tongue because it absorbs into the bloodstream faster and very efficiently. It's great for balancing the hormones naturally be it postpartum, menopause or for people that are sensitive hormonal wise. And of course you know your hormones definitely can wreak havoc on your moods and cause depression. The powder and the tension form are better than the pills.

True. Plants only cleanse. Animal protein and fat build and maintain the body. Veganism is not 50 years old.Even strict Jain diets still contain cow products. We are weaned in breastmilk....that should be obvious enough that our interdependency with animal is vital . Research Weston Price, a pioneer in traditional foods.
