You are right - I didn't realize it was only available in the US!
Collagen is an intact protein but not a “complete” protein since it lacks one essential amino acid.

Unfortunately no because it has products from cows. I think there are some veg suitable collagens but they don’t have the same ingredients and benefit.

Don't like when person taking a supplement to do a review on the results but can't give a proper review because they have been taking other things smh.
Go carnivore and your hair’s natural color will come back! Yes I take collagen every day in my coffee with butter.
You don't have to dye your hair. Aging is natural just accept it.
