    Hi Doc, I had a small skin cancer on my right temple that was removed by a Mohs surgery. Following the operation I looked to help the healing process so as not have any scar on my face and discovered collagen. My research led me to find that collagen not only help the skin and nails but as you said on the video helps the joints, cartilage and bones. Usually people associate collagen with just beauty but thanks for debunking the MYTHS and breaking down the information in the simplest manner. Can't emphasis enough on how important collagen is for us to stay fit and young.

    I’ve been taking collagen for at least 2 years. I’m 60 and it has definitely helped my knees, and digestive track. My hair is much thicker, which is why I originally started taking it. I wanted to grow out my natural hair color and I wanted it to grow fast! I get lots of compliments on my natural salt & pepper hair. One other thing I’ve noticed is I don’t bruise easily like I use too.

    I've recently read that it is very important for eyes but copper helps support it. I have no eye disease but eye pressure measured 7 and 9. Slight astigmatism which causes light sensitivity. Is there evidence that collagen might help increase low eye pressure? It is affecting my vision
