I’m a junior in high school who is just now considering real estate as an option for the first time. Your videos explain the ins and outs in a detailed but easy to understand way, and I really appreciate it! Thank you so much 💙
The best investment one can do right now is investing on real estate though stocks are good but ever since I swapped to real estate, I've seen so much difference.

Regarding studying, you can find online sites where it's actual flashcards... I found them for the California state exam... I prepped for one week, did nearly 1,500 flashcards. Also, received advice from a guy who has taught in person with flashcards and tips. One great piece of advice: If there are questions you can't answer in the moment, leave them. When you are almost done, except for those questions you set aside, get up, go to the restroom and then come back. It works. I was able to bang out answers quickly. I don't know why it works, but it does !! Good Luck...
Best is to study and get a real estate agent license then you don't have to hire a agent to buy and sell your house. Don't let middle man get your money.

You guys do realize that people hire agents because they are not willing to put the time into and effort into going through the stress of the buying and selling process. It’s just like any other service. You pay money for going to a restaurant because you don’t want to cook. You pay a lawyer because you don’t want to represent yourself in court. You can save money doing stuff on your own of course, but there’s a luxury to have people do stuff for you. Let real estate agents earn their living like everyone else 😂

I'm a female disabled vet. My aunt is a broker. When I was little and she was an agent, I begged her to allow me to type for her and stuff envelopes. I would go with her when she would post for sale signs. I taught myself how to type at 13, and began typing for her on the weekends, and only after I did my homework lol. Now that I'm 51 and retired, I'm interested in getting the license to purchase multiple properties. I want to know the ins and outs. I think my aunt will be surprised. Thanks for all of the tips 🌺❤️🙏🏽
I am enrolling in a class soon in preparation for the Colorado realtor Exam. I just found you today. Your content is exactly the info I’ve been looking for. Thank you so much.
I heard it was a choice to go to college for real estate, so if anybody reading this it doesn’t matter if you go to college or not to pursue real estate full time. All you have to is to make sure you have your GED or your high school diploma to go to real estate school and you have to pass your exam they will give you two to three try’s and if you didn’t pass them you have to take the course again. After that you will have your license and you just have to have it for a few years until you get to take the state exam to be a broker, but in the meantime you can get hired under a broker in any of the company you choose.
Hi! I am debating on whether I would like to start going into real estate lately with the market we are in right now. I am trying to see if it’s worth going into

Great video! Very well said ❤
Where do you recommend to your post licensing course ?
Now I love how you just kept it real . I’m nervous starting out in real estate being 40 something after I finish college . I just want my associates degree in business administration then real estate licenses . The degree is just for more job options so I’m never limited to just one thing .
Great video!
Which course package did you do from colibris ?
You have an awesome way of presenting.
I'm a senior who is studying medicine but I currently want to try out real estate. Ion think that medicine js gonna cut it 😅Your videos seem helpful and I do hope that I become an agent. Wish me luck❤
Good tips! Lead generation is the most difficult part of the job. Unless you are coming into the industry with people who want to buy and sell with you, then it will be difficult to grow. But never give up!

Love your videos. Im currently half way though the Real estate course and live in beautiful Hawaii. Keep the content coming. As I am just starting out I have all kinds of questions concerning things like transaction coordinators and how difficult contracts are, scripts, prospecting with developers, if hiring a social media consultant to create all of my professional websites and platforms is worth it, taxes and more! haha... I'm sure a lot will be answered as I progress but love to check out your videos for helpful information. Mahalo from Hawaii!

Being a real estate agent is not tailored for all or everybody’s job would be in real estate and earning millions of bucks! Been there, done that not for me. Good luck to all aspiring to become one, there are fees and realtor dues that you need to pay monthly, quarterly and yearly before you even earn your first check!
