Complete coverage of "The Trio," the final Team Event from the 2019 Reebok CrossFit Games in Madison, Wisconsin. Commentators Sean Woodland and Chase Ingraham are joined by Margaux Alvarez to call the action, as Rich Froning and Mayhem Freedom put a final stamp on their second straight Affiliate Cup Championship. The finishing order in this event would ultimately mirror the final overall leaderboard for the five remaining teams, with CrossFit Krypton, Invictus, OC3 Black, and Central Beasts all looking to end their strong weekends on a high note.
The Trio includes:
30 Clean and Jerks (Grace) - 135 LBS
30 Muscle-Ups
30 Snatches (Isabel) - 135 LBS

Rich Froning is brilliant. Start a huge crossfit complex out in cookville TN where there is not a damn thing to do except practice.
The beauty of cross fit, you take the individuals and integrate them into the teams and their performances sky rocket. So much fun. Always been a fan of Chyna, Marguax, and Camille, and was blown away by how they were in the teams. Loved all the individuals gone teams. And what can you say about Mayhem. WOW! Rich! Team events are way fun. =)

Lasse Lentz 2013-2014 froning wouldn’t survive the cuts today considering he never started that strong and in his 4 games titles he was not as dominant as Fraser from 2016-2018, I only say those 3 cause well Fraser wasn’t quite as comfortably ahead this year as the past 3, none of this who’s better matters now anyway there both incredible athletes it’s like comparing apples to oranges
