I love how Scarlet's _"Teenage ninjas."_ line at 1:35:38 plays off of Yuffie referring to herself as a mutant earlier on and also her helping out with the Happy Turtle. Little cheeky localization references like that are so much fun!

When I first found out who did Aerith here in the remake, I had no clue who you were. Now I sit and watch your videos because wow, I love the atmosphere you give off. True Aerith confirmed? Lol.

Still would have been helpful if they had made it back as soon as they had the information. Perhaps that whole disaster could have been avoided.

@@quentindiaz9418 True, but as a rule I like to believe that fate is not set in stone. The fact that the Whispers had to interfere at all especially as much as they did would indicate that there was a strong possibility for events to change from what is apparently the original plot. It would have taken our trio all of five minutes to get back to Sector 7 to my knowledge without interference. Instead, they had to traverse the labyrinths that were the sewers and train graveyard which ended up taking more time than it would have otherwise. Not to mention the fighting against both the monsters and the mysterious bosses. Yes, the whispers would have interfered with things, but the game ultimately proves that they can fail in their objectives. Perhaps things would have been the same either way, but I like to think maybe Sector 7, or at least more people could have been saved. It is part of why I still hold Don Corneo partially responsible for Sector 7 along with Heidegger, the whispers, and president Shinra (the latter two having already paid for their part in this). If I get an opportunity to fight either of the remaining two in the next game or a later one, I am taking it and giving them regards for everyone who died in Sector 7. On a side note, I understand that the subtitles stated that at least some of the people who defended the pillar were Avalanche, but I wonder how many really were and how many were just locals trying to defend it.

If it means anything, I don't even like Death Metal myself. The most I could get into was Melodic Metal and, even them, it got under my skin after a while. The only alternative band I could ever get into was Superchick.

I think there is a reverse of that, but that might be going a bit too far.

To clear up some confusion about the info on the Plate dropping, Tifa does find out from Corneo but she doesn't get to tell the rest of the team because she gets stuck in the sewers with Cloud. When Tifa shows up Barrett and the other are already fighting to stop the Plate from falling. Thus Yuffie saying "Don't forget to tell the splinter cell." is saying how Barrett and them found out in the main game.

Indeed. This certainly helps to fill in that blank, still it is a pity that the party was not able to make it back to Sector 7 faster because of Corneo. It would have taken them only a few minutes to join the fight and perhaps more people could have been saved. I plan on paying Corneo back for that if I ever end up meeting him again.

Its very similar to a popular mobile game that already exists, Clash Royale. But I’d like to see a FF7 version of it

From what you read, it seems to me both Yuffie and Sonon have to have an active ATB gauge. It also sounds like only certain abilities can be synergized. Not positive because I haven’t played this, but that is how it sounded to me. Hope that helped :)

The Ghosts of Fate prevent meeting Yaffe with other characters couse in original game we met Yaffe in the forest accidentally. The developers made things are the same and different at the same time. I'm so exited about the story, couse we've defeated the Arbiter of fate and don't know what exectly will be the same and what different maybe the story will be completely different and it's make this game so good and flabbergasted. Carefful now that wich lies ahead does not yet exist...

No you got it mixed up, while Tifa does find out about the plate dropping while at Don Corneo at Don Corneo's mansion. Barrett's splinter cell of Avalanche find out about it while Tifa's gone. That's why when you rejoin Barrett he is already fighting the Turks, trying to stop them from dropping the plate.

awesome gameplay, if you synergize means you and Sonon attack the enemy together, and if you use an ability Sonon will use his ability too. it's kinda like follow the leader.

In both the original game and the PS4 version of FF7R, it was implied that Barret and BWJ saw the attackers approaching, figured out what was going on, and rushed to defend the pillar, but in the new continuity introduced by this DLC, Barret and BWJ's presence at the pillar before the Turks arrive is now explained by the main Avalanche faction having tipped them off. And if you just press square without pressing the stick into any direction she keeps casting. Otherwise she always does this annoying "finisher move" which is non elemental again. I know its confusing ;)

So have you seen/played the FFVII voice mod? It just recently came out, It's basically the orginal FFVII, except all the characters talk. The Aerith voice is pretty darn good, not as good as your Aerith, but still really good, and pretty close!

Probably my biggest issue with Remake has to be with them stepping into super HD graphics and voicing the (for lack of a better term) "Japanisms" really stand out and clash with the world. Not only do you have these really outlandish character designs, but they pretty much all act very flamboyantly cute or aggressive on top of the fact that this entire section of the game is supposed to be COVERT ops. Yuffie and Sonnon are even worse than the main cast and they're supposed to be freaking "ninjas" XD.
