Recipe for delicious meat in a stunning, flavorful gravy. Beef with vegetables will surprise you in taste. Even the toughest meat will turn out very tender and tasty after this recipe. Preparation and ingredients:
1 kg of beef.
Cut into large pieces.

Salt and pepper on all sides.
Today I will show you a very tasty, tender and easy beef recipe.
Chop 4 cloves of garlic.
Put vegetable oil in a pan.
Put the garlic in the pan and fry until golden brown.
Since the garlic has given off its aroma to the oil, remove it from the pan.
Place the beef pieces in a pan and fry until golden brown on all sides.
Once the meat is browned, remove from the heat.
Chop 3 onions.
Cut 2 carrots.
Chop 1 pepper.
Chop 1 yellow pepper.
Chop 3 green peppers.
Chop 1 chilli.
Put vegetable oil in a deep pan.
Fry the onion until golden brown.
Place the carrots in a pan and sauté with the onions for 5 minutes.
Add the peppers to the pan and sauté with all the vegetables.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
1 tablespoon of vinegar 9%.
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg.
Mix well.
Pour in 400ml water and bring to the boil.
Spread meat over vegetables.
Cover and simmer for 1.5 hours.
Put 1 kg of potatoes in the pan.
Fill potatoes with water.
1 tablespoon of salt.
Cover with a lid and cook the potatoes until fully cooked.
When the cooking time is over, turn the pieces of meat over, cover with a lid and remove from the heat.
Melt 20g butter in a pan.
Put the potatoes in the pan and fry until golden brown.
Using a garlic press, press 2 cloves of garlic onto the potatoes.
Mix well.
The potatoes can now be removed from the stove.
Place potatoes on a plate.
Place the stewed vegetables on a plate.
Place the meat on the steamed vegetables.
Sprinkle with herbs (dill, parsley, green onions).

Sí!! Aunque yo guisaría las cebollas, pimientos,zanahorias etcétera en el mismo aceite de la carne, tal vez quitando algo,el sabor de la carne está ahí, de la otra forma,sabrá a carne hervida...Digo...O las papas podrían ser,quedarían como papas bravas...en fin ..
