Mind lectins in 🍅🫑🌶this 3 are full of gut damaging lectins if eaten raw. Tomatoes however might be eaten if skinned, seeded AND cook them IN OLIVE OIL. I OCCASIONALLY in the summer use tomatoes to make a dressing or sauce. I Sauté the onions to transparent, add the pilled tomatoes, let it sauté till tender. Add salt herb of choice stir well. Add crashed garlic stir AS SOON AS YOU SMELL THE DELICIOUS GARLIC AROMA add, stock OR good quality red wine or white wine. Do not cover to let acidity out and allow the alcohol to evaporate. I should END UP WITH a thick sauce or a more liquid sauce if i add vegetable stock once the wine has evaporated. Home made stock not water not stock cube. Make my own stock by boiling vegetable scraps or vegetable i no longer feel like eating. These sauté Can be used with courgette pasta or grated cabbage known as cabbage rice. One more use: I open an egg into a portobello mushrooms cover with generous portion of the thick tomato sauce. Add cheese top with Italian herbs. Cook in the oven for 20, 30 minutes 180 degrees. 😂

Many people are forgetting that this man is a heart surgeon and has went through years of research. I have been trying to overcome sugar cravings since I was in my teens. I just turned 62 and this is my 14th day on his Plant Paradox diet and I have been on many others through the years. This has been the first and only diet I have found to not have any cravings for sugar and flour products; nor do I feel cheated by not wanting to eat them. By eating lentils, beans, small amounts of poultry, fish and resistant starches for fruits. He has an array of yes foods you can eat and it will keep you satisfied. Please try reading his book The Plant Paradox. I recommend it to anyone who is trying to overcome something they feel they can never overcome. It is nothing short of a miracle! I thank God for answered prayer and thank Dr. Gundry!

Rest of the days eat egg and fish 3. Always eat goat meat , forget about beef or pig 4. Have banana daily 5. Lot of veg dishes are there , learn from KZread and try at home 5. Have palm jaggery everyday with coffee or live at least 10gms. 9. Either pray to god or meditation and tell no cancer 10. Avoid going to hospital if possible. A study says 20% cancer due to virus. I read a 20 page digital sample of the plant paradox book and immediately bought the full version... so many things rang true I couldn’t put it down. The shared “knowledge” was so convincing that I immediately rid the cabinets and fridge of the poison I had been eating my entire life and feeding to my family. This includes the foods I (and you) thought were healthy but actually arent. Dr. Gundry explained in more than sufficient detail why, fundamentally, certain foods are to be eaten by humans and others not and it makes perfect sense to a sensible person. My household was riddled with arthritis, asthma, back pain, high blood pressure, standard American obesity, lack of energy, cloudy brains, waking up tired and groggy, the list goes on, but with an open mind, following Gundry’s guidance and with some of my own independent research to validate his most seemingly far fetched statements, eating proper human food, me and my family have been healed OF EVERYTHING. I never post comments on KZread vids... it’s just not my thing but went I pulled up this clip (I’ve already watched them all and read the books) to share with a friend who’s son has MD and who I think could greatly benefit from this lifestyle (not a diet) I then began reading the comments. On one hand it’s disturbing to see how many people would pipe up to write off Dr. Gundry as a con and his knowledge a scam without ever actually heeding his advice or get feedback from someone that whole heartedly has. It sucks how many people have read those particular comment and moved on from this wisdom as a result. I got to thinking about it... if that’s the type of person you are (negative and or swayed by negativity) then perhaps you’re just destined to die tired of being fat sick and tired. To those of you who are not so stagnant minded and set in your ways and actually want to do something about what the standard American diet (SAD) has done to you... look no further than the knowledge this man is attempting to share with you. Again, LOOK NO FURTHER. For Christ’s sake this man was a heart surgeon for decades and simply wants to keep people from dying from ailments the medical community “thinks” is incurable without surgery or not at all though they fail to realize the vast majority of the ailments people contend with are caused by what they consume (orally and topically) and can be reversed as easily as those ailments came on. If you’re still alive then you still have a chance!!!! I’m happy to say my family are humans now and no longer sickly POS. I hope this comment motivates at least a single reader to pick up one of his books (start with plant paradox) and changes your life. He corrects a few inaccuracies of this book within more recent writings/videos due to his more recent revelations and scientific results however those inaccuracies were overprotective, not underprotective so no foul. There’s a certain person we all know well that doesn’t have the ability to admit his own faults and better themselves and others from new knowledge... Dr. Gundry isn’t that guy. I’m looking forward to seeing how long humans can actually live and it starts with this wisdom. You’re thirsty and you’ve been led to water, will you now drink or piss in it?

Hi Toby, This very learned guy is taking certain facts; truths, and misapplied them and is trying to confuffle us. Their purpose is to cause us to destroy ourselves and if a sufficient number of us believe them (yes, them, he's not alone) they will provide a large infobit which will take us out in huge numbers all over the globe. Example: beans even certain greens contain certain acids which is neutralized by cooking. You don't HAVE to pressure cook beans. Just cook them. Castor Bean is poison, (from which we get castor oil), a healing oil (to rub). Tomatoes I ate today, skin, seeds and all, as always Hear this one (all facts): something birds and insects eat the abdominal waste of members of their own species, reason: to restore the population of their own gut bacteria. The same reason we use yogurt. However, check out the yogurt label today, some of the bacteria except acidophilus and bulgaria us are there for "other" purposes . Google those bacteria. NOTE The bulgaria us bacteria is not the original Some years ago the original bulgaria us had numbers added too it's name. This is for All- DO YOUR RESEARCH or you and your offspring will perish in the not too distant future. We love cashew nuts, they are in that bean shaped. The shell is poisonous an acrid liquid which can cause problem on your skin, but the nut must be roasted

@Nathan Turner Because you're fucking dumb, that's why. Where do beans grow? In what cultures? How do they cultivate? Look up when and where they were discovered and cultivated. You're anwsering your own questions by limiting who's supposed to tell you. The information is out there. You just said: ''how can he proof that'' and then finish with ''i don't trust these academically crap'' - Make up your mind, what proof do you want? Do you want the science? We don't digest fibre, fact. We didn't cook food for 10000s of years, fact. Our bodies can't live off raw vegtables, fact. Fruits that you eat nowadays are cultivated to taste and look the way they do, they don't look and taste like that in nature. you2tooyou2too is correct, it started with that book and some others - people don't understand it, we're animals - and we're smart enough to create our own foods, doesn't mean that our bodies actually understand what to do with it as it was never evolved to deal with it, long term.

I've been realizing how great intermittent fasting is too, humans weren't meant to eat 3 meals a day, you're almost constantly digesting food then and your body in repair mode. All you really need in the morning and around noon to feel satiated is fats, C8 MCT oil is great for curbing appetite and I take some ghee with it, I feel satiated for 4-5 hours easily. That hauls me over until 3-4pm when I start eating. 2-3 days a week I do low protein days, no more than 25g that's good for the autophagy benefits, cells cannibalize but just the weak/damaged cells to start with. You body won't do that if you're always eating, intermittent fasting for 16 hours is enough to get that benefit without low protein days, but I think low protein and adequate protein other days is good for you. I think too many meals and too high of calories decreases longevity. Sugar ages you faster, so I lowered that a lot. I cut wheat and dairy except ghee, I eat Sprouted for Life 3 Seed which is mainly sprouted quinoa, and millet and chia, it seems okay so far but I limit grains to that and similar. I top that with Really Raw Honey(never heated or strained) and Yum Butter almond(also has sunflower butter, chia, hemp seed, and goji powder). I keep things simple other than that, C8 MCT oil, coconut oil, hemp protein, fermented cabbage/beets and the brine from them, and Plantfusion Fermented Superfood protein mainly. Some other veggies, and dulse is great. For supplements, collagen types I,II,III, V, X(all in one powder), Ancestral Supplements bone marrow, liver/brain, and beef organs, Sunfood raw high-altitude shilajit, Mega Hydrate, he shou wu, rehmannia 6, Jing Herbs Great Adaptor, and Valle Sol Organix Mushroom Magic. And CBD oil. I know that sounds complicated but it's a lot quicker and easier than a breakfast(I don't take the collagen mornings though too much protein for fasting then, but the beef organ supplements total 9 grams so can't be much protein), I take those with a shot of C8 MCT oil and some ghee in the morning, takes no more than 5 minutes. Intermittent fasting boosts main brain protein BDNF too, Kishr blueberry hibiscus tea is great for that too so I just rip a satchet open and wash it down raw. Has red wine grape skins too, all good for T-levels too. Almost forgot about the matcha green tea lol, and cycling mucuna pruriens. There's also lecithin, fermented skate liver oil, and astaxanthin. And don't forget the coral calcium and pink Himalayan salt. Requires little prep and no cooking, I love it.

I tried Dr. Gundry's method for one month last September. The results were almost immediate. First, I no longer needed melatonin to fall asleep at night, nor just a brief nap, mid-day. Then certain foods/beverages no longer appealed to me. Last, but not least, I dropped one inch from my waist. I highly recommend you try it for one month.

Just because your family lives well on those things doesn't mean other people can. When agriculture came about, that's when all the first recorded degenerative diseases did too. Maybe what you eat works perfectly for you, and that's great. But consider the Inuit in Alaska. Before eating European foods, all they ate was animal meat products. Even in a decayed form, as in raw and rotten being predigested by bacteria considered "deadly". They had no degenerative diseases. They started eating grains, sugar, vegetables. Their life expectancy dropped significantly, and today they have some of the highest rates of heart disease. Not much of a surprise, many of them live off of government assistance and government food. What do you think that consists of? Not seal meat.

Western lowland gorillas, however, also have an appetite for termites and ants, and break open termite nests to eat the larvae. I can tell Dr Gundry knows a lot, so I'm listening. Unfortunately, if someone can only afford to purchase one of his products per month, they all sound so good it's hard to choose which one covers more aspects and would be the best choice. If there could be 1 product that keeps adding a proportionate balance of all the new discoveries, or BETTER, is the cutting edge of all the new discoveries, then everyone could at least make sure they choose the best of the best, and could at least buy that one product they can afford. There must be tons of people who wanted to buy his products for a couple years and couldn't decide which one yet.

I've been vegetarian now vegan for more than 50 years. I've always had stomach problems and presumed that it was hereditary, since my dad was plagued with stomach problems. Dr. Gundry has turned everything I thought I knew about my vegan diet on its head. I'm definately giving his recommendations a try.

Not to out do you,. . . but just saying like you did... I've have been a vegetarian since Aug. 22, 1971, and a total vegan since Aug 22, 2002, and now going to Juices for 90 % of my diet! And using ozone generations for cleaning the lungs 1 min. daily! And using ozoneated water for the "health of it!" Which sprayed on fruits, and veggies, doubles their refrigeration freshness time! And using diluted food grade hydrogen peroxide as my only "spray" cleaning agent, and mouth wash, which destroys all mold (even black mold,) and bacteria ! 😉
