In 20 years time, that Plaid will be on its third battery swap, costing $30k by then, which no 17 year old will be able to afford. Not to mention that the flash memory will be completely corrupted by then, the screens yellow or not functioning, and most of the other electronics probably not functioning by then. This is not the kind of car that will last 20 years. They are designed for 5 years. The door handle presenter motors will probably not even make it to 5 years. These are disposable cars.

I watched a plaid floor it from a dead stop through an intersection yesterday at the green, genuinely the fastest thing I’ve ever seen on a road, it didn’t even make sense. Before I even knew what was happening it was through the intersection and didn’t make a peep. Absolutely wild machine.

Makes me think back to my first car, an 89 Mercury Topaz! Times have changed. It’s bittersweet to me because the absence of technology allowed us to communicate better, be outside all the time and just dig our teeth into nature. I’m not saying we’re doomed but smart people limit tech. We’ve seen where smart homes can burden people and I wonder how long until cars are limited via tech by big government. Great review though, lol.

Overrated lol literally nothing sounds better then a combustion engine for 150k u can get a Porsche instead of a Tesla better interior and chassis literally teslas overpriced the torque and hp is so unnecessary that’s why it cost so much

Great video as usual! Just a comment about the Porsche Taycan's range. It's always more than what Porsche states. They understate the range on their EV's, while Tesla historically overstates on theirs.

Watch the carmine import channels vir lap with a pro driver in a plaid, he saves it at 100+mph full opposite lock on track through the s section. Amateurs shouldn't own cars this capable period. Pros absolutely can handle them under duress and in high pressure dynamic situations. 👍🏻

Problems with Tesla Model S Plaid: 1. Turning indicator needs it's own lever 2. Windshield vipers also need it's own lever 3. Needs manual knobs for volume, fan speed and temperature control 4. Needs buttons for standard functions like rearview window heater, seat heaters and ventilation, inside air circulation etc. 5. Needs a horn in the center of the steering yolk 6. Needs a manual direction control lever/thing for ventilation outlets 7. (This is the MOST important thing) Needs a better quality control from the factory!!! Otherwise a good car
