The TERRIFYING Last Minutes of Professional Bull Rider Lane Frost

Ойын-сауық

The crowd's roar filled the arena as the chutes swung open and the bull exploded out, spinning and kicking frantically. Sitting atop 1500 pounds of raging muscle and sinew was a lean, focused cowboy, his gloved hand clenched tight on the bull rope. Lane Frost held on for dear life, his lithe body absorbing the bone-jarring bucks and gyrations of the massive beast beneath him. Eight seconds stretched into an eternity as man and bull battled, the crowd screaming encouragement. With a final mighty kick, the bull sent Lane flying, but not before he reached back and grabbed a fistful of fur - he had made the buzzer. The crowd went wild as Lane jumped to his feet, fist pumping triumphantly before tipping his hat and unleashing his million dollar grin. This was Lane's element, and he was born to be here.
Until one fateful day, when the cheers of the crowd turned to silent gasps of horror. What happened to this experienced, legendary bull rider in those final moments?

Lane Frost was my introduction to the world of bullriding - what a legend. For those of you wondering why some video clips are clearly not of Lane, it's unfortunately because some of these older riders don't have a lot of existing footage for me to use. RIP, Lane.

When I was in jr high I met a girl named Lane. Her family trained horses and bought and sold cattle. They also had a roping pin where they would hold competitions on weekends. I learned a lot on that ranch. Mr Butch, her father rode bulls in his early 20s. That same time is when Lane and Tuff were coming up in the bull riding world. Butch and his wife were friends with Lane and his wife. So much so that they named their daughter after him. The rodeo life isn't easy but they love God and look put for each other. I miss it some days. Just sitting on the back of a horse out in the fields, moving steer from one pasture to another. Such a beautiful lifestyle. I forgot about her brother, who was named after Cody Lambert. He was a breakaway rope world champion.

Lane wasn't perfect, but he knew JESUS. And if you're washed in the Blood, - you will see him again. It won't be "in the mud, in July in Cheyenne " song by Aaron Watson.

@malanpapenfus6667 So glad this amazing young man knew Jesus and I loved that you shared this with us. Personally, I ❤love❤ being a Believer and can't imagine a day without My Heavenly Father, my Friend and Savior, and the "bodacious" Holy Spirit in it. I love that Christianity can be summed up in one word, LOVE, and the million aspects of that word. Now I'm no "perfect" judgemental "Church Lady". I hope I'm the hands, feet, and heart of Jesus to other people ~ especially the " unlovable" (Honestly, I have done some "unlovable" things in MY life. My Church is full of "real deal" Believers, sinners all, and yes, even we have our share of "church ladies" to put up with!! We get out there and help people and we are active in our community hoping people will like what they see and come into our outstretched arms. I love the premise "Preach constantly and don't use a word". The Holy Spirit will make words possible after our actions. I learned not to try to do His job for Him AND to let God do the judging and leave me free for the joy of it! My hope and prayer is that Unbelievers will see the lies of Satan and " give Jesus a try and they will never be sorry. Don't you want people so badly for people to "see the light" and enjoy the kind of life, faith, and hope you have! Of course, we are not exempt from pain and sorrow, but we have the greatest comfort, peace, and comfort in Jesus! I apologize for writing you a novella but something in your comment touched my heart! It was my pleasure "to meet" you today and chat! (Even though I did all the chatting!) Maybe someone will see our conversation and then The Holy Spirit will move them! Thank you for your time and patience as I poured my heart out to you ~ someone I don't even know! If you would care to reply, I would love to let you get a word in edgewise! Haha! ✨God bless you✨
