This was a ridiculously hard star to get. I never thought about jumping over those spikes. And that 'slightly' raised plateau...

I actually found what I believe to be an easier solution as soon as you have both fans in place(no need to turn them on at same time.) Just grab the box and put it on a turned off fan, stand on the box while holding a connector, drop a connector off the side to activate fan while still standing on box, ride on top of the box to the middle and then just walk off it to fall onto the star.

Correct. I believe this is the intended solution since it does not involve taking any objects beyond the purple barriers, and it's much simpler.

@@ADeadlierSnake I did it this way but instead of holding the connector I held the fan. Stand on the box and put the fan back in.

Tried this many times, but the fan would always push me off the box leading to both the box and I travelling side by side. Came up with the solution in the video after an hour of rethinking.

@@Phoenix3573 Wow that's a strange anomaly. It's been a while since I have played this game but I remember standing on top of boxes that are being tossed by fans as a game mechanic that shows up in a bunch of puzzles besides this one. Perhaps one of the updates messed with the physics?

It is easier to solve if you place a red connector on the upper ring of the Haircut puzzle and connect this with a second connector placed on the high pillar in the Cube Driver puzzle where you can get with the fan and the box. From there you can activate half of the red receivers in the Crater and have a red source easily reachable from everywhere needed in the Crater.

I spent probably an hour, hour and a half trying to get this star. I looked around the whole level for a hidden fan that would send you there. Spent ages thinking through possible ways to fall down to the star while taking the fan over. I ended up quitting out and going to bed with the puzzle still burning in my mind. That night, the solution literally came to me in a dream. I dreamed about the puzzle for what seemed like hours, and among many nonsensical dream solutions (like "use the portal gun"), there was one that actually seemed possible, and I was able to remember it. It was a bit different to what's shown here, but when I woke up, I tested it, and sure enough it worked. One of the most extraordinary experiences I've ever had with a game.

This puzzle and these stars are way too hard for me XD Everything else seems like a cake walk compared to this

I just took a connector out of a puzzle and used from the upper floor which made this so much easier lol

I solved this puzzle without using props from outside the crater, it's possible without weird tricks like this :)

That is crazy sick hard star to get... i'm thinking pf giving up on that star 🤣🤣🤣

why redoing the same level twice!! u can take both stars one time
