10:30 I lived down south growing up and when I was little I left out the Pillsbury Christmas cookies with the Christmas tree or snowman on them and milk for Santa and my family had a sack of deer corn that we used for hunting and I got a coffee can full of deer corn and scattered it all in the front yard for the reindeer. When I woke up I found some of the corn eaten and some small Christmas bells laying on the ground where the rest of the corn was laying, and of course the cookies and milk were ate up and drinked up
This is the best Christmas movie ever. It depicts what Christmas today should be. Decorations, singing, eating ect. I love 90s Christmas movies because it's real.

Hey David & Toni...love these movies. And don't worry Toni, consider that there's a message and point to the parts that tug at your heart strings. Tears are a way of showing those feelings of connection. FYI...I teared up myself when I first seen this movie, and I'm a 57 yr old man. 😉 Till next time guys! Bless

Thank you so much for your words of encouragement.
20:28 -- What makes you kids so sure I'm Santa? I could just as easily be a Kenny Rogers stunt double!
Thank you so much for this reaction! It brought back many happy memories and nostalgia! I guarantee you’ll love the sequels! I was always amazed by the magic as well as the message about how life can give you the opportunity to be a better person and have a better life. Toni, don’t fret over tears; tears to me is way to show that you not only understand the message but that you have developed a connection to the character and the story. 🎅🏻👦🏻🎄🎁🦌🍪🥛🥕❤️🤍💚💛

"Seeing isn't believing. Believing is seeing." Fun Fact: The dance that Tim Allen does during the montage before his second Christmas Eve was improvised and done in one take. The director kept it because it was so good. Tool Man Fact: During his tour of the workshop, Scott Calvin tries out a tool belt then shakes his head as if to indicate that tools aren't for him. This is a reference to Tim Allen's then-hit TV show, Home Improvement (1991) where his character's life (Tim "The Tool Man" Taylor) revolved around tools. Everywhere Everywhere Fact: Elves are scattered throughout the movie in Scott and Charlie's world. The little blonde girl walking away from the window at the opening of the movie, the little boy putting his jacket on and wearing a red scarf as Scott and Charlie are led to their seat in Denny's, the girl walking behind the bench when Scott has kids lined up at Charlie's soccer game, the girl in the purple coat who walks by Scott and Charlie in the park when Scott wants Charlie to stop talking about the Santa Claus, and the attentive little boy in the blue turtleneck behind Charlie's desk during show and tell are all elves. They even show up as a group at the end of the movie when Scott flies away from the Miller house, they are the kids who run and skip off. Go back and let me know when you find them all.

Always love your reactions. Going back thru them as time allows. Do yourself a favor Toni and next December (in lieu of carolers) just treat yourself to sitting down with your ear buds and watch all the Pentatonix Christmas videos. You will be blown away and it will put you in the spirit. Enjoy you two

11:50 -- What, no sadness, no moment of silence, no tribute to the fallen Santa? I guess they're like Ivan Drago from Rocky 4 and are all like, "If he dies, he dies"? And why does Bernard tell him to be back by the American Thanksgiving? The North Pole isn't a part of the US and last I checked Santa's jurisdiction is the whole world (well the parts that have Santa anyway)?
Greenfield Village in Michigan has Carolers as part of their Christmas. Also roasting chestnuts, hot cocoa, and a horse-pulled cart where you sing while you ride.

Lol i find it so funny how you guys are watching a movie about Santa Clause and your wife is talking about how unrealistic it is to go down such a small tube. Love your reactions and you two make a great couple. Cant wait to watch the reactions to the other Santa Clause movies that i saw posted

When I saw this in theaters, I was 13-14 years old. I saw that North pole elf who raises the North pole, and I thought, I wanna be that elf. Don't know why, but I thought he was a bad a$$, and I wanna to have that bad a$$ job. This movie still warms my heart a bit even 30+ years later.

The thing I never understood, is my understanding of the timeline is Bernard showed up to pick up Santa at Thanksgiving. He even said so at the very beginning will need you to report back at Thanksgiving. That’s why Bernard was there to make sure that happened. So if that is true, then Charlie has literally been missing from Thanksgiving to Christmas?? Scott was not OK with Charlie leaving unannounced but also keeping him for a month without any real communication?? That’s insane.

I didn't catch that and that would have been insane!! I'm learning to let it go so I think I can't think about that stuff... -Toni 😂
