The Sacred Duet & Final Battle: Malladus || Orchestral Cover

Музыка

This final battle from Spirit Tracks has one of my favorite final battle themes throughout all of The Legend of Zelda. Following the sacred duet, the final battle music makes you feel determined to take down Malladus for what he's done throughout the game.
I'm proud to present my very own orchestral rendition of both The Sacred Duet as well as the Final Battle against Malladus. Hope you enjoy!

Come on, Spirit Tracks is a PERFECT end to the Zelda timeline. Think about it, if you were transported many generations into the future, things would be radically different. People change, and technology improves. Hyrule couldn't have stayed in the medival age forever. And Spirit Tracks is the last game that acknowledges Hyrule's past before it takes off into the industrial age. That is just beautiful

This game has one of the absolute best finales of any Zelda game, and is criminally underrated. Its story is original and full of intrigue, its mechanics are interesting and intricate and used in multiple ways throughout the game, and by God the focus on music throughout the whole thing has not been done as well since Majora's mask. Spirit tracks is a gem of my childhood, and one of the best standalone Zelda experiences, but people too concerned about touch controls won't ever know that.

This is what disappoints me about the Zelda community ;3; some forget or choose to ignore something incredible, just because its on a DS system ;-; when even taking into consideration the story of it, this is technically a brand new story from usual Zelda games ;-; character wise. Like Ganondorf doesn't exist in this era, nor the issue of the triforce. I mean i know we have Force gems, but those are like remnants of the triforce. If Nintendo would continue from this point in the timeline on a home console im sure they could do so many unique things ~

As you face Malladus, Princess Zelda starts singing The song of Lokomos that wipes out evil, You know the song perfectly, and you play and sing in sync, even though you never heard it. As you play in sync, Each Lokomo appears from out of your journey, They play in perfect sync! The perfect melody fills your ears, as you continue to play, Princess Zelda's power starts glowing! The power of the Tri-Force and Princess Zelda link up! As she starts to glow, The mythical Bow of Light, starts glowing! As she glows, the power emitting off of her, hurts Malladus! As he starts screaming! You pull out the Bow of light and you try to shoot! But you fail, Malladus hits you! You fall over, and the Princess grabs the bow and with her power, find his weak spot! She asks you to distract him! You agree and distract Malladus! With her power, she finds his weakness and shoots and he starts getting sealed away, dying out, being taken over by the power of the Tri-Force! She shoots again and again, Malladus finally gets sealed away.....The evil destroyed.... Princess Zelda goes back to the Castle, In her body, feeling bored as usual, doing work...As she hears something, You looks out of her window to find you. You are training to become a Warrior! The protector of the world! As the world stays peaceful, You remember the song, Smiling as you die peacefully... Only to be reborn into a different time, when evil strikes again, and to remain a Legend....Of Zelda...

I just noticed.. at 1:26 an Organ starts to play when (ingame) malladus grows weaker. The Organ starts to play after the 4 other Instruments and the organ is also know by many as the "Queen of all Instruments" Maybe the Song writer knew, and used the Organ as something Powerfull. As an Authority thats strong enough to bring down Malladus.

I always loved the thought of having someone back me up in a final battle because it told me that I wasn't alone anymore. So it was great when she helped me deal the finishing blow and when she was aiming for his back the whole time.

A little random but here is an idea of mine for a sequel of Spirit Tracks: Some time after ST, the stability of new Hyrule begins to wade, the tracks start disappearing, but only small sections at a time and monsters attack more and more. The Link of this adventure travels through the land, firstly by foot, later possibly on trains, in an effort to push back the darkness and regain the grace of the goddesses back, before New Hyrule ends like Lorule.

This is truly a glorious masterpiece that doesn't just do justice to the original... It exceeds it. The duet in the beginning gives a feeling of hope, the final battle part carries on that hope but also lends an air of determination. That feeling of determination is drilling into us deeper with the train chugging along in the background, providing a feeling of certainty as well. Truly well done.
