I was a competitive bodybuilder for quite a few years back in the mid nineties through the early two thousands era. Jay and Ronnie were on top, along with Levrone and Flex Wheeler. During a contest prep, I can remember getting up that early to get cardio done on an empty stomach, otherwise I’d never get up that damn early. However, I did a Pro Qualifier three years back to back to back and I never cracked the top three, and never got my Pro Card. Sadly the last year, I placed fourth and in my heart, I knew that season would be my best chance and afterwards my window was going to close fast. I couldn’t have possibly been any better than I was that year. Anyway, I know this clown can’t hold a candle to the Rocks schedule. That time is probably the best time to get it in since on most movie shoots, they’re out there for 14 or 16 hours a day!!!

That "model minority" mindset/"grind" mindset will eventually grind The Rock into pebbles. Might be trying to push through something he's going through. But going full John Henry to show everyone how hard he works isn't gonna do it. Smh

It's money bro, a normal person can't be worried about working out every day bc not everyone can afford to travel with a full sized gym everywhere they go like the Rock does. He probably has people who take care of everything for him and all he has to do is show up. It's still hard what he's doing but it's still way easier than a regular person who has to work a 9-5 and only has like 4 hours of free time a day
