@@acherongaming6961 wretched defilers spectres launch projectile. I believe you used the standard zoomancer medium build, so you can stick to it, it's fine. I mixed both (I only replaced the spectres gem for wretched defilers and staid with 4 specters)

Kripps Affliction minion build has been the best minion build I've ever played. Super defensive, gear is easy to obtain and can take juiced T16 maps safely. Why GGG won't let players easily locate and get spectres is beyond me.

Just built a Pohx-styled RF Chieftain as my league starter, mapping up to yellow maps, and doing "O.K.", but getting a little restless, and have some concerns about the relatively low EHP (glass cannon-ish, but I'm probably doing something wrong). Not struggling, necessarily--just... meh... --I feel like I could be doing better. What can be said about this build relative to a typical RFC build?

Bone barrier aply minion damage leech to you. The thing about the spell leech node is 10% of that minion leech be instant. The spell leech itself means not to you, and is basic 4 points just to improve bone barrier.

@@provin9157 very good. it kills everything with just 3. tried with support spectres, not really worth. Spectre, decay, gmp, minion dmg, vicious projectiles, chance to poison. might not be optimal, but decay is strong at least.

I'm so happy to see spectres make a come back. was so tired of seeing my boys be relegated to support.

Does anyone know if the dark marionette specter from last league still exists? Or is there a specter that resummons after death, maybe from the new corpses added or from tier 17maps? Thx

Wouldn't the reflect elemental damage modifier outright kill the minions? I wanna try since last league i already try zoomancer so I'm a bit.. hesistant

He has 555 in the vid for low budget but I go for like1k usually personally so i don't have to worry about it. Don't need a shitload of ES unless you're using MoM. You just need enough to cast the skill and regen to maintain uptime on the aura. which isnt much :)

Less Moon Dancers are really intense cause all the particles their spell leaves on the ground

the wretched defilers have a drawback: they only target what is in the direction of the player vision! If you go around the target constantly (boss) they won't attack unless you go towards the target (and then they stop after a few seconds). The zombies are always attacking without the need of looking, so I use a mix of zoomancer and pure spectre.

Pretty much rocking the same tree as you do, but i think Gear wisely, instead of an +1 Spectre Bodyarmour, you can or should go lioneyes vision for a 7link; also provides 2k+ armour which is giving me 90% dmg res eventually.

Fleshcrafter also 7link, and we don't need 6 off colors. Also I think Skin of the lords +4 Empower is good option to use with Aurora and capped block.

Just for a quick sanity check as a promise I'm not trolling you: you are claiming your build is tankier than the one Ghazzy is presenting AND claiming to be doing it with an item with FEWER contributions to your defensive layers. You see now how these are opposites? You cannot increase your damage mitigation by increasing damage, only your health recovery. Ergo, the claim you are making is impossible. By squishy do you mean his hp going up and down? He has that one aura thing that halves his HP. You can see the recovery thing. With leech he’s pretty tanky along with max block.

The leach is not working, will be much much stronger when leach works as intended😊

I'm running a Poison Animate Weapon of Ranged Arms build that does around 20 million DPS, and my effective hp is 77,480 in Path of Building. I have heavy mitigation all around and yet I still get 1 shotted by, well, lots of things. I can't imagine what 50k EHP is like in end game.. Idk what to make of this build. 8 days ago I was running a budget ranged arms animate weapon on my guardian that is elemental, and does 8 million DPS, and I switched to wretched defilers yesterday with 50 divine worth of gear, and it's clear was worse, and its bossing is definitely worse. Even the top mirror tier of this build wouldn't be a great boss performer. Switch to Storm Conduits. With 9 of them and 50 divines worth of stuff, I literally 1 shotted Maven between phases.

Anyone playing this buy feel insanely squishy? PLaying the medium budget one, spell supress capped but looking at it in pob it has no other defenses other than minion leech and while playing even a light breeze one taps me lol

Me too. Just started moving to high budget with speccing into ES. The only defensive layers I've noticed are Chaos Inoculation, leech and res caps. A light breeze kills me, which I really dislike considering I just dropped tons of Divs into this. Add to the fact that defilers sometimes stop attacking an enemy which inherently removes one of the defensive layers. Otherwise, love the concept of this build. Anyone else know why it feels like it has horrible sustain?

@@tras7983 So sorry to hear! I actually followed another KZreadr's build. Obviously, not down to the T but I followed his POB skill tree and it incorporates block as another defensive layer. He also adds automation + molten shell. Went from insta dying against any mob I faceplant into after shield bash at lvl 92 to leveling to 95 in no time. You might wanna check the build out at Dconnic's channel. Been chilling with it and I'm omw to farm the Uul Netol amulet. It's fun pressing Convocation and watching the the disco unravel. Also nice to see the leech keeping me alive with the added benefit of block cap.

The worst thing about wretched defilers is in ruining visual clarity in boss fights. I did maven with them using wraithlord and they summon like 100 mobs that instantly die and cover the ground making it literally impossible to see any of the degen balls that you’ve dropped.

Sadly even on high budged spectres are still worse at everything than other builds and player is squishy

I am playing srs of enormity ignite with Qotra shield etc....i love it. This indeed looks like cancer but i think the instant leech will be crazy

Remember kids, this is just a proof of concept for the t17 Spectres, you are objectively better off using the Moon Dancers for mapping and Blackbark Demolishers for bossing *while we have access to them.* Unless Necropolis or Affliction or something similar end up in core, we can't rely on access to those higher quality Spectres.

Wretched Defilers deal such little damage that even a standard build for golems from previous leagues outperforms them by 5 times, this man’s build is very bad, he poured many hundreds of Devines into him but gets very little return
