Cant wait for this. Im playing your Ranged AW's atm. League start budget obviously, they are carrying me hard. Super annoying to keep bringing them up though in maps. lol. Im getting the shits of it already. Ready to sack some Offence to just get Unleashed on my 6L its so bad lol.

Caldera Ravager if you havn't tested them. Got two unsupported in my SRS build and the clap cheeks, like there is njot tomorrow. You get them with the 'tattoo allflame'.

I think the days of "Syndicate Operative's" are behind us now. They will never make that mistake again! They were AMAZING!! Im SO GLAD I had the pleasure of running that build. There was nothing like it before or since.

@7:30 poison is the same multiplier to dps regardless of how many hits that damage is made up of if you take two identical poison builds but one deals 100% damage 10 times a second, and one deals 1000% damage once a second, both will have identical dps (bar that assassin node or conversion/poison/dot specific stats on the skill itself) if poison srs and aw are better than poison spectres, thats just a function of srs and aw being better than spectres, not their ability to "stack hundreds or thousands of poisons"

Absolutely correct. If poison AW is better than just chaos hit, then poison defilers will be better than just chaos hit (and they absolutely are, unless you are very high crit)

Thank you. People keep talking about rapid hits with poison when Minions have neither Low Tolerance or any true stacking effect to work with. It's just More Damage, that gets delayed over the course of ~2 seconds. Poison is just better with rapid hits THAN OTHER AILMENTS because it stacks infinitely. What actually benefits from rapid hits is Wither On Hit

the difference is that most of the chaos damage being added is the same for both SRS, AW and Spectres So many small hits will trump one big one because the size of the poison is the same So while the individual poison DPS is the same, the overall DPS is better on faster hits

@@leobigsad yes it's a matter of base number of hits per second determining how effective added damage is. But this is true regardless if we are talking poison or just plain hit damage which is the point being made!! More hits doesn't make poison more effective any more than more hits makes hits more effective!

There's a spectre called Storm Conduit that deals an extremely high damage lightning beam an applies shock (I've seen it go as high as 50% shock but idk if other things were taken to account)

In the last video of you talking about spectres, I noticed that you’re summoning various bone animal from your horde and not just regular skeleton soldiers. Am I missing something because I know want to know the tips to summon them with my army. I’m not sure if it’ll work the same way kinda since I’m also playing POE on PS4

So what's the final determination on what the best spectres for zoomancer are? is it still the default of crush, arena master, and chief?

The Wretched Defilers have a Reverse Point Blank modifier on their lightning proj, making them deal less damage the closer the target is to them.

Yep and math still checks out to have higher dmg output with more projectiles hitting. But you are right it's not as severe as I make it out to be I just find it annoying AF watching projectiles deliberately miss >.

What is the current consensus for the best Spectres in Standard with the Zoomancer build? I seldom make it to the high tier maps in a league before the league resets, so I tend to stay in Normal

Can you try out spectral leader the srs spectre with the action speed aura. 50 srs cap could be interesting for poison especially if it's per minion

Just be aware.. the moon dancers will test your fps and connection. 4 of these is enough to make your eyes bleed, you can have 9-11 off them, I am not responsible for your 4090 catching fire.

Hi, you and the gem do not have to be at a specific level to raise them. But keep in mind, that the amount of spectres increases with gem Level (see wiki).

Guess one could also just invest in Uul-netol vow for the extra support on chest for them if needed be.

It's probably inconsistent because their projectives have a reverse point blank property that decreases damage by up to 80%

Do we still have no word on the Demon of the Drowned? Kind of my last hope for spectres at this point.

I know this video is meant more for pure spectre/zoomancer builds, but what I'm hoping for are support spectres that can finally replace carnage/host

7:35 It doesnt matter if you have many hits or few. The only thing that matters is dps. Read what poison does. So the problem is not few poisons, the problem is low dps.

The guy ressing, could he be going oom? What happens when equipped with blood magic?

Kinda bummed we don't have alot of good options to choose from right out of the game in a Necropolis league. It's like even when stuff is meant to be minion focussed GGG can't be assed to ensure it's fun.

This league ignite minion is also pretty good :) cruising with srs of enormity and ignite gear is cheap, you can go popcorn with the srs helmet and scepter to get 2 bombs or just nuke srs. Then specters for clear etc. There is a cool shield that gives you a ton of damage over time with necro aegis

To be fair, the 'people watching not subscribed' metric is VERY misleading. You grow by getting people into the community who aren't subscribed, no? So a high ratio of non-subs to subs is good, right? Means you're constantly getting an influx of viewers who aren't already a part of the community, and as such have a greater chance of growing that community with the new blood - rather than stagnating.

Minion builds looking good again…better nerf melee!

I’m pretty upset. This has been a horrible week for me. Just horrible thing after another including losing a family member. On top of that, my pc gave out right before I finished the campaign. It’s pretty old and had warning signs prior. I’m just super sad. I really wanted to play spectres. Just a fucking horrible week for m in general. It’s going to take forever saving up for another pc. Life is just so expensive.
