A small addition if I may. The Islamic prayer (salaat) has many physical benefits including,to say the least, the prevention of a common painful condition called faciiaitis. This is a type of foot inflammation that is very rare among practicing muslims . SALAAT entails stretching and exercising the bottom of the foot, the very type of physical therapy prescribed by physiotherapists to patients suffering from faciiaitis !! You are doing a truly wonderful job.

Yes.. Ive observed the biomechanical benefits of performing namaz. Flexing of the big toe joint when going down into sajdah utilises all 3 foot rockers: ankle dorsiflexion (ankle equinos) heel (multiple muscle activation) and the big toe joint (windlass mechanism activation causes fascial stretching which keeps the plantar fascia supple strong and elastic. Also not to forget flexion, extension at the knees and hips. We need these joints to have good range of motion to keep us moving with our responsibilities.

Actually every topic you choose is worthy and impresses me. I really feel ashamed becuase i as a muslim didn't do something for Islam. Good bless you.

Ahhh yes the power of the 5 daily prayers. The highest form of meditation. Of all spiritual & material duties, prayer certainly is the sweetest. Unfortunate are those for whom prayers are said three times in their entire lives: when they hatch (born), match (marry) & are dispatched (are buried)

I do not know who translated the word Ihsan into excellence. Ihsan actually means the collection of ( all good deads that takes effort and patience, like giving, and forgiving another person, charity, holding anger with patience, initiate the good deeds, being faithful to god and to human ethics, and be the best beliver of god as possible.) if you refere to the verses in the Quran which specify the meaning of Ihsan, you will see its true meaning.
