"we've got the idea that there is something in this body, the ego, that's a joke, the ego is nothing other than the focus on conscious attention it's like a radar on a ship, the radar on a ship is a trouble shooter, is there anything in the way? and conscious attention is a designed function of the brain to scan the environment like a radar does, and note for any troublemaking changes, but if you identify yourself with your trouble shooter, then naturally you define yourself as being in a perpetual state of anxiety, and the moment we cease to identify with the ego and become aware that we are the whole organism, you realise the first thing how harmonious it all is.

@@EvanCarmichael that alan watt's quote resonated with me so hard and brings awareness to a crippling problem. childhood trauma leads to a perpetual state of anxiety, constantly on the look out, creating anxiety and stress and strain in body and mind. so any anxiety sufferers, just realise it's you being hyper vigilant to threat, tell yourself all is well, and instead of worrying and going in on yourself, be grateful you have a hyper sensitive survival instinct :D reassure yourself, the mind will lead you down rabbit holes, you need to be able to turn the mind chat off, just as when you breathe, sometimes you're aware of it and have an impact on it, but when you dont, it goes to the natural rhythm it should be in and all is well.

I really like Eckhart Tolle but I prefer the original videos. It is easier to follow when we allow the silent space between his resonnements to settle. That is half of his teaching. To just be still and listen. Not to him but to the silence.

And there's also other people who even went eckert stops speaking. The words still do not resonate. I have family members that I can use as an example. Echart, I am using the very same mindfulness techniques as well as my deep spiritual/metaphysical wisdom gained to overcome The Suicide Dissease ☠️ (Multiple CRPS) and I'm also living with another so called "Suicide dissease" called FND (Functional Neurological Dissorder). This combination of disseases will kill over 8/10 people within the first 10 years of initial onset. I'm reaching 17 years, I am bedbound for 98% of my life and in the most horriffic pain known to humankind. I have not felt depressed for over 6 years however! Ironically, before I contracted these two horriffic disseases and was relitively healthy, successful, I was severely depressed, anxiety and suicidal tendancies! Fascinating that it takes many of us facing our own mortality through potential suicide or dissease for us to "wake up" and become consciously aware in our waking lives! I LOVE your work Echart 💖 I LIVE your work my Brother! THANK YOU eternally! 🙏💖🙏

I would not be able to know what you are going through but from my side of ignorance there may be healing. Do not give it (the suicide urges) names. Without names it has no entity and like the ME, it is mind entity with identity. Rather look at John 5 in the bible, with the view of Jesus Christ not being a person, but the present of presence in yourself that brings healing. Without names, you will need to feel the feelings in the present moment. Feel it with no judgement but accept it as present moment feelings. Be ok with it. Be very aware of the feeling inside you and do not resist it in any way. Same as Jesus did, let the present moment, action you to take up your bed (the place where you were asleep for many years) and walk. You may have found comfort in your thoughts and names for this and trust that someday you may find an answer. There is only now. Do not wait for an angel to stir the water that can heal. To try what I like to reveal in an practical way, end your shower with only cold water for 1 minute. This is difficult until you remain very the word "cold" from your vocabulary. Simply feel the feeling in/on your body and develop a knowing of that present moment experience, without judgement. This simple technique makes the cold water a wonderful experience. I belief we are here to explore and experience every possible experience. This experience is witnessed by our higher, true, authentic self and there is no good or bad association with it. I sincerely hope and trust this may help

Being awake and consciously attentive to the present moment is a sign of true intelligence applied to the emotional management of each person on their life journey! It is also important to apply intelligence in understanding our phenomenal consciousness, in our experience! But just understanding our relationship with our experience, without understanding how we become aware of ourselves despite what we experience, is little awareness! How our consciousness process is developed is very important, as it makes us aware of our limitations, provides us with humility, makes us more equal to each other, seeking cooperation rather than rivalry and conflict, in a deeper search for our human and spiritual condition in this life, in any life!

Yes but the name could be Islam Christianity Buddism etc. It is all the same with different interpretations. So why cant we all get on and embrace our differences. No threat. We actually are all ONE like a,wave in the ocean or a,ray from the sun. NAMASTE.
