Three days ago, my husband left me after 62 years of marriage. During the days when he was preparing to leave for an indefinite period of time, I was fully present. A valuable experience. Thank you for everything. Good luck. And that was all I said to him when I said goodbye.

When they said that she had changed, she was evolving. When they said she did not care anymore, she finally realized that her peace lives within. When they said he was becoming distant, he was learning to trust himself. When they said he was losing touch, he was finding his inner voice. When they said he was being stubborn, he was asserting his boundaries. When they said he was aloof, he was finding solitude and serenity. When they said he was being unrealistic, he was dreaming bigger.

Thank you dear sweet Eckhart ❤ 🎶 ❤ It's all an illusion and As long as we live in our minds/egos it's freaking unbearable! Trapped in the illusion of consent thoughts ... Trying to understand reality from our minds/ego will be a dead end, so I try to separate myself from thoughts by simply saying, "That's a thought .. Look at all those thoughts etc" Not believing every thought. To try to simply be the observer of each thought. I try to meditate 5 min each morning and just focus on my breathing and quickly thoughts will start, so I'll gently bring it back to my breathing. The MOMENT I realize I'm back to thoughts I'm the observer! There's the real "me", the observer, my soul and separate me, the crazy, upset, unhappy ego! But unfortunately The suffering is necessary to motivate us to go through this process. Even though this 5 min is a quick easy way to get out of the unhappy ego/mind and to find some freaking peace in this crazy world, it's still the hardest thing I've ever done! You've got to want it bad and realize the ego is a frighten child that doesn't want to let go ... To let go and let this shift in consciousness happen ... But it's exciting that so many are watching this video to ask and learn of a deeper meaning and it's even more exciting because it's happening all over the world! Thank you Eckhart, A true living spiritual master 🎶

Surrendering, letting go and not trying to control everything and simply trusting the process of the journey brings a sense of stillness and inner peace and maybe some fleeting moments of transcendence into the present & into a higher state of consciousness and awareness. As a Christian I have continued faith which helps to alleviate worry (ego) and not live in a state of fear… however life’s frustrations do arise as he rightly points often can come from other people and challenges in relationships, which requires patience and a growing ability to accept people as they are even with all our complexities. Eckhart has helped me and millions I’m sure with his wisdom and even he’s presence watching his videos bring me immediately into state of presence and alignment! Thank God for such a enlightened being!! ❤✨and the humour too is priceless 😅😂

I found that the most compelling part of this video was when he talked about the 'narratives' that we create around different situations...particularly like when we are on hold waiting for a customer service rep...or when we are in a long line at the airport. Like many people, I get very irritated in such instances, and it's not because I'm impatient or that I'm not capable of waiting for things. In my instance, it's because I'm ruminating and getting angry over WHY I'm waiting so long. So like, when it comes to customer service, I'm disgusted that so many American conglomerates outsource their customer service, all so that company leadership can better line their own pockets. They pay the workers in Asia, or in Latin America, far far less money. They pretend to value their employees, and they pretend to value their customers, even though clearly none of this is true. And in the end, the customers end up getting poor customer service. As I always say to the reps on the other end, I'm not upset with you; I'm upset with your management. And in the case of long lines at the airport, especially the security check, it bothers me (especially on the US end) that so much of the security is mere theatre (particularly since 9-11) and the haphazard rules they've instituted such as 'no containers larger than 3 oz', 'take off your shoes' etc. So yeah, stuff like that really bothers me. But at the same time, I was struck by what Tolle said about the 'narrative', because in fact, that is the crux of why I get so irritated. It's not the waiting, in and of itself. Hmmm....

This is just the beginning to me and even though I'm spiritually awakened, the challenges are harder and harder each time. I deal with abuse and violence that no one wants to see because I'm an adult it this comes from my primary family members. So according to the world I don't matter and there's no struggle or pain or even help needed when the truth is I'm in strong need of help because it's not enough to meditate, visualize and be awakened.

The knowledge you learn throughout spiritual awakening heals the most inner self. We all carry burdens in life, but the changes we make, is a better version of yourself to achieve happiness, which is the best way to approach in life 💯 🙏 🤗

Awesome teaching Eckhart. Inner Body work, living from connectedness with the living energy of our being (in our hands, heart, abdomen and even inside our bones - for instance), can bring us out of our 'Life Situation' and into the inspiring, healing energy of the Now. Teachers have taught this before, but few have made this truth so readily accessible and easy to understand. Thanks, Eckhart!

Dear Meister, I've been following you for many years now, and I can't be more grateful for your teachings. In tis opportunity just adding a comment, everything is easier - regarding particularly to these words and reactions -when we are alone. Losing a job or dealing with serious health problems when you have or live with somebody means a world of difference. It's not certainly funny. With all my Love and respect, I may say this.❤❤❤

Scrambling eggs( not fertilized of course), still remains with grilled cheese sandwiches as the pinnacle of humankind's culinary achievements. Both are universally loved by majority of humans , you could survive on them with a glass of orange juice every now and then and no sentient beings have to die in the process
