A real awakening occurs when one's ego eventually gets burnt out from all of life's difficulties and suffering, and it's then that one surrenders and accepts all that is, and thereafter, one realizes that their ultimate purpose in life is to bring forth the light of consciousness into the world. Thank you so much for bringing your light into the world and showing us the way too Eckhart.🙏

Dearest Eckahart, After 24 years of learning, to be here now listening to you on a tape player over and over and on my iPod over and over I now have your teachings living inside my mind and body and I am so blessed because of it! You have gotten me through 14 years of illness with this work, when I wanted to end it all your words were there! I can't thank you enough! I remember first reading and then listening to The Power of Now and getting a lot from it but as you said and knew I wasn't ready for all of it but it was in there and then in 2012 wow it all came out for me when illness happened. Now today listening to this remembering to use every moment as an opportunity for transformation is so empowering. Nothing is a waste! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I love you! If I won the lottery the one thing I would love to do is see you in person! Sitting in presence is my favorite and I cry tears of joy every time I do it with you! I hope to meet you in heaven! " If you don´t escape, if you allow the suffering to be there, if you are ready to face it, if you are not trying somehow to forget it, then you are different. Suffering is there but just around you; it is not in the center, it is on the periphery. It is impossible for suffering to be in the center; it is not in the nature of things. It is always on the periphery and you are the center. So when you allow it to happen, you don´t escape, you don´t run, you are not in a panic, suddenly you become aware that suffering is there on the periphery as if happening to someone else, not to you, and you are looking at it. A subtle joy spreads all over your being because you have realized one of the basic truths of life, that you are bliss and not suffering."

I can get a glimpse of what he is saying here. I'm 9 years free of cancer, but I am in constant pain from the procedures. I have to transcend this pain or face a lifetime of medication. Because this pain is always present, I feel that I must therefore shift my focus away from " me" or I can't function. I can understand how this causes a more inward focus. I became unaware of the pain when I am calm and when I meditate. Which is an ongoing practice day by day.

Suffering is a teacher, it burns away the ego's delusions so that we can see clearly, it consumes the ego until it surrenders and silences itself so you may finally listen to your true voice. You can avoid years of unnecessary pain simply by listening to yourself honestly at any time and questioning all the things that lead to suffering. You'll realise that all pain is self inflicted and that you can stop it anytime, the purpose was to lead to your own self awareness, that's what makes suffering the greatest teacher because it only appears if you refuse to listen.

I‘m on a point - in deep breakdown, meaningless of everything - where I could not write on a white paper anything about me, who I am?! Nothing would be valid to write as nothing would feel - that’s me. If I would write something it would be the „old“ view of myself. The „new“ is not visible, felt at all and the (ego) mind pushes me to „to this“, „do this not“ but I don’t feel comfortable by any „forced suggestion“ by the ego mind. At the moment I try my best to be in the blank me - in my inner SPA somehow. Very very challenging time and I know, it’s necessary that „the Great Shift“ needs to come, the old (self & world in general) has to fallen, break down for the new what will/has to come 🙏

Boa sorte!

Shining wisdom of Universal Consciousness.✨🙏Generosity also as only pure wisdom can be. Whatever you do or don't do is true, that's all that matters, being crossed by this PRESENCE, so powerful and so loving. Even and above all in the most terrible moments. TRUST is essential, will never be betrayed. ❤ Without this PRESENCE everything is just an empty shell. Not worth it. More or less everyone knows it, they're just incapable to surrender to it. By the way I have never understood how anyone can find "relaxing " to go to these two thousand dollar (or euro) a day Spa.😂 So grateful 💓🙏✨✨✨🌺

Now as I feel happiness after listening to random videos of this one of a kind human, I remember how I used to search specifically for his videos and gave up half way because I didn't have enough calmness to bear his calmness. The videos seemed toooooooo long!! I am glad we reconnect now. The teachers appear when the students are ready!

It is just what I needed to hear... seems this message has been floating around in the background for some time now while sort of being buried by my daily monkey mind or nihilism. Awesome!!! Now to get back to bringing light and consciousness into "this", a renewed sense of allowing it to flow through this experience. Thank you Thank you Thank you! PS love your sense of humor. Cheers

Ive always search for and asked what is my purpose and pray to source or universe to be shown to me. This explains that the adversities ive experience and struggles is consciousness unfolding itself in this vehicle im existing in and that in itself is purpose. And this has explained the authentic purpose ive been playing along right in front of my very eyes. Its Not the purpose ego set for itself. Beautiful paradox. Thank you eckhart ❤

It is up to other beings how they react to your existence and look at you as an awakened being, and even that is none of your business. Can never claim it by your self.
