I'm grateful to have found my person on this channel and we have developed a wonderful relationship where we gradually transcended beyond the physical attraction and emotional dependantcies of eachother and now have a deep understanding of ourselves beyond our form. We can talk to eachother for hours on end and not get bored at all, or we can also be silently present in the moment and still enjoy eachothers company. Love beyond concepts and form is a beautiful thing.❤️

If you really like someone and they are not already in a relationship, then always, always, always, ask the question, just don't be attached to the answer. Accept either a yes or no with very same respect and dignity, if it's a no then allow yourself 30 minutes sadness and disappointment and then celebrate the fact that you had the courage to ask the question, because in a year, 10, 20, 30 years time the only things you will genuinely regret is the not knowing what might have been had you asked the question. Same goes for jobs you'd really like and all else, if there is a vacancy then always always ask the question, but just don't be attached to the answer 🙏🙏🙏🙏

What about if one person and another person that’s in a marriage with children that’s been dead for over 10 years like each other both on the conscious and physical level the one in the marriage feels stuck, but know their happiness would be in the other person and not their spouse? How does that work out? You think the universe would align something to actually for them to unite in relationship both on the conscious and physical?

@@mannychavez4193 I believe life gives us opportunities and it's up to us to choose which opportunities we wish to take and which ones we choose to walk away from. It's certainly not about right or wrong it's about what feels right to us at the time. If we make a mistake life will not judge us or punish us in any way shape or form even though we may choose to punishment ourselves for not knowing all the answers to all the questions ahead of time. If things work out happy days if not live will never ever lose patience with us and stop presenting us with new opportunities. It's not about being confident of the outcome it's about not being afraid to fail 🙏🙏🙏🙏

To the first guy asking the question: try to stay present as a woman turns your head. Stay present with the feelings of disappointment at seeing what you want but will not get, and stay present with the negative feelings arising out of that. Do this enough times and eventually when the process starts you will 'have the choice' to say 'No, I don't want any more of that' and settle more deeply into presence rather than going down the old path leading to that all-too-familiar suffering. Then, as Tolle says in other videos, what was your source of suffering becomes a very effective aid in deepening presence.

I connected to someone who constantly pulled at my emotions, people call these individuals deeply narcissistic. Which he probably was but needed for my spiritual growth. He definitely made me aware of my own pull which made me realise that the only thing that keeps me caught up in him was me becoming the pull. No awareness of becoming the pull and identifying myself with it. With him and the realisation of what was going on, for the first time I felt the space between MYSELF and the pull. Im presuming it was the beginning of a disconnect from the emotions, becoming aware of a seperate self that is outside the self. It was truly eye opening. I can watch these videos all day and night but I have to experience the experience to fully comprehend what’s going on. Thank you Eckart❤️

Surely, eating meat is part of the narrative which has been put in to us from childhood. Now that we are trying to become 'conscious' and trying to realize and free ourselves from such narratives, we have to free ourselves from the habit of eating meat which brings such suffering to animals. Surely, in order to benefit our consciousness we have to stop committing this horrible crime. For that is what it is.
