Hi, I'm a student in Biology. Embryology is covered in several academic lessons so I'll try to vulgarize as much as possible why this video is wrong here. Try to bear with me. Video claims that the Quran was only referring to precursor cartilage models of the bones and not bone itself. However, this does not explain why the author of the Quran (supposedly God) mentioned not cartilage ('ghudhroof) but only bone ('itham), which literally replaces the cartilage and starts to form well after muscle building blocks are in place. In any case its description would still be incompatible with scientific reality. Unlike what he's trying to imply here, muscle and bone (AND their precursors) develop contemporaneously, although the parallel processes start when myoblasts migrate and form distinct masses around condensations of mesenchyme that have only just begun to differentiate into cartilage, as detailed here: A very detailed account of musculo-skeletal development in the human limb by clinical-geneticist Robert Jan Galjaard covers this subject. It details that muscle precursor cells migrate from the somites into the limb buds (ca. day 26). This is well before the condensing core of mesenchyme has started to chondrify into cartilage bone models in the upper part of the upper limb (ca. day 37), followed by the lower part (ca. day 41). The myoblasts have grouped into distinct dorsal and ventral masses by that stage (they do so in the upper limb by day 36 and the start of chondrification according to Sivakumar et. al). The upper limbs later start to ossify (ca. day 54). Chondrification of mesenchyme, the grouping of myogenic masses, and ossification all occur in a proximal-distal order (upper to lower part of each limb). The digits of the hands only start to chondrify ca. day 51. In the 10th edition (2016) of the Developing Human, Keith Moore says that ossification of the long bones begins in the 8th week, starting with the upper limbs, followed by the lower limbs and pelvis. With axial musculo-skeletal development, myotomes have migrated (these form axial muscle) and sclerotomes have started to condense into mesenchyme (which will form cartilage) in the 5th week. According to Rugh, Building blocks are present for 40 pairs of muscles, which are located from the base of the skull to the bottom of the spinal column by day 28 (these are the myotomes of the somites). Muscles appear in the pelvis day 31. Movement of the muscles is being controlled by the nervous system by the 6th week. All of the muscle blocks have appeared by day 36 after conception. It is apparent from the above that muscle masses have started to form around the mesenchyme condensations around the same time as they begin to chondrify into cartilage models of the limb bones, and long before they have even begun to ossify. Similarly, the process of muscle and cartilage formation begins at the same time for the axoskeleton. Muscles and cartilage, and bone that replaces it, continue their formation in parallel with each other. For the same reason the Quran would still be wrong even to suppose, with a further stretch, that it means only the very beginning of the formation of the cartilage (chondrification) before they are in any sense complete shapes. Going back earlier still, it can even be pointed out that the precursors of muscles (myoblasts) and precursors to the cartilage (mesenchyme) are present in the limb bud as soon as it arises. Chronologically, the BONES AND THE CARTILAGE do not form before muscles flesh. Please, do not try to make reality fit into a claim that is LITERALLY wrong. Stop being dishonest with yourself and don't be satisfied with the false claims of an ignorant person that obviously has no basis in Embryology and rejects ALL consensus on the matter. Her claims has based on a book that VULGARIZES SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE. In any case, don't be afraid to question the contradictions & errors that are displayed in the Quran, don't be afraid to think outloud : "Hey, am I maybe following a book that was written by a series of mere bedouins trying to establish a Religion that will allow them to conquer and rule over Land and profit from these ?" I know a big portion of your identity is currently associated with Islam so it's not going to be easy. I pray for you that one day you'll have the courage to face it, to question your faith. Trust your reason, and as Socrates used to say: 'Trust your Logos'. The true mind can weather all the lies and illusions without being lost.

Perhaps Allah guides you in a way you are not aware of. I myself quit eating pork, as well as meat products , years ago, mainly because of the treatment of livestock. Got curious about what issues the Quran had about eating as well as overall way of living. and lo and behold, I found this religion an eyeopener in many ways. I am currently reading a number of books on the prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and anything regarding Islam such as the history of Iran and the way Mullahs are educated. Quite fascinating. My journey has just begun. Who knows what it will lead me to. Peace all.

কোরান (৩৩:৫০) : হে নবী (সা.)! আমি তোমার জন্য বৈধ করেছি তোমার স্ত্রীগণকে যাদের মোহরানা তুমি প্রদান করেছ; আর বৈধ করেছি আল্লাহ ফায় (বিনা যুদ্ধে লব্ধ) হিসেবে তোমাকে যা দান করেছেন তার মধ্য হতে যারা তোমার মালিকানাধীন হয়েছে তাদেরকে, আর তোমার চাচার কন্যা ও ফুফুর কন্যাকে, তোমার মামার কন্যা ও তোমার খালার কন্যাকে যারা তোমার সঙ্গে হিজরাত করেছে। আর কোন মু’মিন নারী যদি নবীর নিকট নিজেকে নিবেদন করে আর নবী যদি তাকে বিয়ে করতে চায় সেও বৈধ, এটা মু’মিনদের বাদ দিয়ে বিশেষভাবে তোমার জন্য যাতে তোমার কোন অসুবিধে না হয়। মু’মিনগণের জন্য তাদের স্ত্রী ও দাসীদের ব্যাপারে যা নির্ধারিত করেছি আমার তা জানা আছে। আল্লাহ অতি ক্ষমাশীল, পরম দয়ালু। কোরান(৭০:৩০) : তাদের স্ত্রী অথবা অধিকারভুক্ত দাসীদের ক্ষেত্র ব্যতীত; এতে তারা নিন্দনীয় হবে না। [১] [১] অর্থাৎ, মানুষের যৌন-ক্ষুধা নিবৃত্তির জন্য দুটি বৈধ মাধ্যম রেখেছেন। একটি হল স্ত্রী। আর দ্বিতীয়টি হল অধিকারভুক্ত ( যুদ্ধবন্দিনী অথবা ক্রীত )দাসী। বর্তমানে এই অধিকারভুক্ত দাসীর ব্যাপারটা ইসলামের নির্দেশিত কৌশল অনুসারে প্রায় শেষই হয়ে গেছে। তবে আইনগতভাবে এই প্রথাকে একেবারে এই জন্য উচ্ছেদ করা হয়নি যে, ভবিষ্যতে যদি এই ধরনের অবস্থার সৃষ্টি হয়, তাহলে অধিকারভুক্ত দাসী দ্বারা উপকৃত হওয়া যেতে পারে। মোট কথা ঈমানদারদের এটাও একটি গুণ যে, তাঁরা যৌন-ক্ষুধা নিবৃত্তির জন্য ( উক্ত দুই মাধ্যম ছাড়া ) কোন অবৈধ মাধ্যম অবলম্বন করে না। এই দুটো ব্যাখ্যা আপনি পড়ুন ও চিন্তা করুন. সন্দেহ থাকলে বাড়িতে কোরান থাকলে সেটা নিয়ে নিজে পড়ুন. আপনি নিশ্চই কখনও চাইবেন না আপনার স্বামী আপনাকে ছাড়া অন্য কোনো নারীর সাথে যৌন সম্পর্ক করুক. এটা উচিত নয় মনে হয় কারণ এতে সামাজিক মূল্যবোধ নষ্ট হয়. আমরা বনের পশু নয়, আমরা মানুষ,আমাদের নিজস্ব বোধবুদ্ধি আছে ,তাই আমরা নিজেদের সংযমে রাখতে পারি. কিন্তু যদি কোনো ধর্মগ্রন্থে এইরূপ কথা লেখা থাকে সেটা কি গ্রহণযোগ্য??? অনেকে বলবে এইসব সেই যুগের জন্যে ছিল এখন নেই. তবুও বলি - যেই যুগ হোক না কেনো। ধর্মগ্রন্থ তো সর্বদা এমন বিধান দেয় যা মানুষের উন্নতি করে ও সুস্থ ভাবে বাঁচতে শেখায়. ধর্মগ্রন্থ সর্বদা সকল মানুষ এর হয়ে কথা বলে ,কোনো নির্দিষ্ট জাতি বা সমপ্রদায়ের হয়ে নয়. এটা কি আপনি বুঝতে পারছেন ?? আমরা জানি যাহা স্বামীর তাহা স্ত্রীর. তাহলে ভোগ করার জন্যে স্ত্রী কি মূল্য দিতে হবে কেনো ?? যে মূল্য আমার কাছে আছে সেগুলোর ওপর অধিকার তো স্ত্রী এরও আছে. আপনি ভেবে দেখুন কোনো নারী কে ভোগ করার পর তাকে সেই মূল্য দিলে সেই নারীর পরিচয় কি হয়!!!! এইসব কি সামাজিক মূল্যবোধ এর বিরোধী নয়??? তাছাড়া মামাতো, চাচাতো কন্যাকেও বিয়ে করা যাবে এমনটাই বলা আছে. আপনি যদি নূন্যতম ক্লাস 10 পর্যন্ত পড়াশুনো করে থাকেন তাহলে অবশ্যই জানবেন এইসব close সম্পর্কের বিবাহ হলে সন্তানের মধ্যে অভিব্যক্তি ক্ষমতা কম থাকে, জেনেটিক রোগ আসতে পারে, কারোর আসেনি মানে এই নয় যে এটা ঠিক, বেশিরভাগ ক্ষেত্রে ক্ষতি হয় তাই মেডিকেল সায়েন্স এটা না বলেছে. কিন্তু আপনাদের কি করে বোঝাবো!!! আপনি যদি সুস্থ মস্তিষ্কে ভেবে থাকেন ও নিজে বই খুলে পড়েন ও পড়াশুনো করেন তাহলে অবশ্যই আপনিও বুঝতে পারবেন এই প্রত্যাশা রাখি. শুভকামনা রইলো......
Specifically in this video when it says " God created man in stages" it doesn't mean man evolved, in The Quran it talks about the stages inside the womb of the mother. You have to understand the Arabic language and the words to know exactly what it says, as you used English translation you just misunderstood the meaning.

If Allah can create Humans from Sperm what would stop him from evolving Humans from any other animal. At the end, we too have blood, flesh and bones like other creatures we are not angels, we didn't come from sky. We were manufactured here, our soul is heavenly. We have evidence of intelligent human activities from 4 lakh years, Allahs knows best about the reality of Adam and eve. I think evolution does not make you atheist or kafir or something like that.
