I love that you are breaking down the chemistry of the different oils! I have dry skin and find the B oil almost astringent, didn't love it. I do love the rosehip oil! The B oil is such an under-rated product. It's such a lovely well blended oil. It's really nourished my skin this winter. A little goes a long way though. I only use a few drops on my face and the rest on my neck, hands and body. So far no break outs.

Right now, I’m trying Biossance Squalance + Vitamin C Rose Oil. Pricey but I like the feel better. Will see what happens over the next few weeks. Thanks for another great video!!

My hair adores argan oil. My face is partial to the heavier oils. My favorite way to use them is adding drops to my moisturizer, except for squalane oil. It comes first, because that’s the way my skin prefers it. Great review. Thanks!

Really in-depth explanation of all the different oils, which is very helpful. I have to say I've never been a fan of face oils but I'm intrigued by the idea of mixing a couple of drops with my moisturizer. Maybe I'm missing out and I should give them a try--just what I need, MORE products in my life! I think I'll pick up the B and see how it goes.

Hey Kevin, i hope all is good with you.. You should give the b oil a go for sure.. I think mixing oils in with moisturisers is the way forward as they just sink in so much better and add such a nice finish to the routine xx

@@MadAboutSkin Thanks, Rob! I was putting in an order from Deciem today anyway so I threw in the B combo as well. For 10 bucks, why not? I usually don't like oils because they're kind of messy to apply but I think adding a hydration boost to my moisturizer will do the trick. I'll let you know how it goes!

As always an amazing breakdown of these. I think I'll have to give the chia seed a go. Also, I have decided that for my two female cousins that I'm going to get them set up with a good skincare routine. I asked one of them the other day what her skin type was and what products she uses. She replied: "I have very dry skin. At the minute I'm just using a basic moisturiser and t zone face wash for sports. Xx" Well that had me clutching my pearls, no wonder her skin is dry! 😱 I think I am going to get some of the squalane for both of them. I want to give them a complete routine with all the minimum products as well as giving them a written "menu" of different products I reccomend along with the basics that I get them. Squalane seems like the best option for them with it being good for all skin types. I have a feeling that her skin isn't as dry as she thinks it is so I'm going to buy products that are suitable for more than one skin type. Then when she's been using these products for a while, reasses to see if her skin type really is dry or that, as I suspect, that her skin is so dry because she's been using thisn"sports facewash" and the wrong moisturiser for her. @Mad About Skin what facewash would you reccomend instead of the Cerave hydrating facial wash?. I was going to get her this but I really don't want to buy from Cerave ever again. Has to be of similar price

I wish they do a Jojoba oil ... at the moment I'm trying the Eclat and the Cliganic (booth from Amazon and they're not expensive). Still on the Eclat 30ml at the moment and I love how my beard and skin absorb it super fast and it doesn't leave my face too oily or shiny, actually when my skin and beard absorbs it, it does leave a matt tone with just the right amount of shine. My skin is a combination.

I've tried 4 of 6 of their products and those 4 will always be part of my skincare collection. I love them so much. Have you tried them? Shipping is expensive but they are an indie brand so I just think that's how much it costs /shrugs/ Liquid gold is lovely and is iconic for moisture barrier repair! OK - so as a newbie to your channel, I have been going through all your vids this week - and yet again, I'm SO HAPPY to get your opinion on something controversial... Sea Buckthorn Oil!! It is so difficult to incorporate!! The orange-ness is totally overwhelming. I find even a drop will turn my moisturiser YELLOW. Do I use it anyway - absolutely. It is such a powerhouse, but I really only use it on those super-dry, or sun recovery days where I have the time to let it sink in and do its thing. I really appreciate how positive you are about this product, as most people just shun it - which is a shame - an understandable shame - but a shame nevertheless.

Also can i just use a facial oil instead of a moisturizer ? Most moisturizers don't suit me :( Also i want to incorporate the ordinary mandelic acid 10%+ha to treat under the skin bumps and a little bit of acne scarring. I'm just 15 so please guide me. I've tried so many products but not treatments for specific skin condition. I would be really grateful if u could guide me :) Have a great day🌻
