    Bands are so underrated, especially for people who don't have access to a gym. Just make sure you're using the right resistance level!

    I know this is off video topic but was wondering - while doing a seated back supported shoulder press (with dumbbells) is it ok to perform the exercise in a slightly leaned back 70/80 degree back supported bench angle? I have some lower back issues & find that leaning back alleviates the pain while doing the movement this way. Its just a question of - if this modified method is working my shoulders in the proper manner - compared to the traditional 90 degree seated shoulder press. Thank you
