We recorded Leonard Cohen's song "Memories" from "Death of a Ladies' Man" as a wedding gift for Bryce and Pauline in August 2016. The process started with Thomas Bartlett establishing a foundation and circulated among all of us. Ragnar made a watercolor of the wedding ceremony in Paris.

Sufjan, The National, LEONARD FUCKING COHEN. It's like the holy trinity of song writing.
The guitar solo that starts around the two and a half minute mark is pure fire.
how am i only just now becoming aware of this song's existence?
I love this song because I just imagine the couple at their wedding dancing at this song, close one to the other. The rhythm is really beautiful I wish this would be my wedding theme. Wonderful job.

Still coming back to this song while daydreaming... Losing it all at the chaotic but solid ending. Grateful to find this gem.
