Now I understand why I feel nostalgic every time I hear this song. I don't miss any lovers who even does not exist. I miss only my youth, my hot summer 2020 when I watched this film for the first time. I miss the time when there was no war in my lovely Ukraine. When I was kinda happy and played Minecraft with my friends all days and all nights. All of my friends was alive. The only thing that worried me was my new college in September. I used to have dinner in 4 a.m., smoked at my balcony, watched sunrises and was going to bed like in midday. I had home. I had friends. I miss that life without PTSD. I miss my life.

Just watched the movie, and my god, it was so good!! How have I gone six years without seeing it? I love everything about it. It makes me nostalgic. This is a good representation of what a good movie is supposed to be. I understand it won an Oscar for the screenplay. I love this story and the relationship Elio and Oliver had. Was sad how they couldn't be together and that Oliver started his own family.. Beautiful.

I was 17 when i first watched this movie. This soundtrack reminds me of my life before covid. Feeling of being teenager, young and free. I never really watch this kind of movie back then i was suprised and it opens a new perspective on how i see love now even though i've been single for my whole life. I wish i was a teenager once again.

I'm probably at the worst period of my life and tomorrow seems more than doomed for me, but listening to this song at 1:30 on a rainy night seems that everything can be fixed. Sending all the love that's left of me to you all 💙

it’s been 3 years since i’ve seen this movie for the first time. It’s had such a big inpact on my life. I guess I was in a special state of mind to feel the things I felt for this movie. Never has a movie impacted me so much. I watched it at least 50 times. Even to this day, when I hear this song all these feelings start to bubble up again. Absolute masterpiece in my eyes

Watched it today for the first time. My heart is still aching. Reminded me of the times when i used to love with all my heart and soul, of my lost innocence, the pain, the heartache i felt by every break up. I'm 37 i know that i will feel love again, but it will never have the same purity, the same hopes, like when i was younger...

After Oliver has gone, Elio's father speaks to him so movingly...."Our hearts and our bodies are only given to us once".... If everyone had a father like that, the world would be so much better.

I know that this movie was well received by most of the audience but I do hope one day that everyone would be open-minded enough to recognize that this movie is one of the masterpieces made in the history of mankind

It captured perfectly how men feel in their first love, the insecurities, the thrill, the broken heart due to how it ends... while it is a movie about a gay couple, it is so much more than that, i felt those insecurities as a straight man too, and it is so absolutely beautiful, from start to finish. i recommend this movie to EVERYONE

This song encapsulates all the feelings and emotions associated with being in love so perfectly, the sense of wonder and strangeness of it but also the sad melacholy of losing the one you love.

This song always makes me really sad. No, not sad, I just... I don't know how to explain it. It makes me feel nostalgic for a lover I've never had. It makes me ache for love, even if right now I'm terrified of it. I can't listen to this amazing piece without crying, which is a bummer, because it really is one of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard. I want "Mistery of Love" to feel different for me. Imagine you live in a small town in Italy, it's 80s, there is a watetfall near to your house, you are sitting on the sofa, next to window, the weather is bad, your cat is sleeping in your lap, your grandma bring you a tea, it is almost night but nobody sleeps in your family, your papa is sitting in the corner and reads a book, your grandmother and mother chatting quietly in front of the fireplace, you are just looking at the darkening sky, listening this song from radio silently, wondering about your future, your life is small but colorful enough, that's a randomly night but you are happy. *Yea, wake up now, we are in the shame 2020s* | if you read this sorry for bad english.
