At the time while he was still alive and people knew it transpired that he never spend time in the area where all that happen. He might have just invented them and together with the publisher they made money. Disappointing but I still like the first 3/4 book as a travel/fiction. I would be great if .....

@@stefanschleps8758 The Boddhisatvas were vegans, the real ones that is, read the scriptures or sutras, not their translation. I have studied Buddhism my entire life because my parents are Japanese and my father is a Zen Buddhist Monk. I was born and raised at Eiheiji, and spent 14 years in the temple. I studied Zen for 26 years before starting to study other religions. I am now Jain and walked away from traditional Buddhism although i remaioned close to Zen Buddhism which is completely different from other Buddhist dogmas. In Japan Buddhism believes in the soul but that it is mortal while traditional Buddhism doesn't.believe in the soul. However Buddhism and Zen Buddhism believe that the universe is not eternal while Jainism believes that the universe is eternal. Jainism predates Buddhism by thousands of years, it actually predates all religions, and I have a tendency to always go to the source since it appears that everything that came later, draws inspiration from it. Our number one rule in Jainism is non violence, and therefore not to hurt living creatures, human or ANIMAL ! Proto-buddhism required a vegan diet in order to cleanse one's Karma and then modern Buddhism and by that i mean Buddhism updated 900 years ago, started rejecting the idea of Karma and now Buddhism does not believe in Karma and cause and effect, which led to Buddhist consuming animals. This is unthinkable in Jainism. We do not even drink milk or eat honey. I would be far more worried going to hell or Naraka as we call it in Jainism or Jigoku in Zen-Buddhism, if i actually ate animals. Another knowledge lost is the secret of the power of sound! Theres a European who traverse the highroad to China Tibet in the 1920s and came across a Tibetan Monastery who has many sorts of different big bells and they showed him a demonstration on what are the potential of those bells when struck in a certain way they will produce a sound that can break a big boulders in the mountain and can levitate and their weights are lessened greatly! I cannot help think and conclude this is how the Machu Pichu in the Peruvian mountains were built massive boulders on top of each other were piled high up in the mountains k!

@@vetriv702 Wrong country. It is India that invaded Tibet. In February 1951, India invaded Tawang, South Tibet. Tawang is the Sixth Dalai Lama's birthplace and home to the four hundred years old Tawang monastery. Tawang was administered directly from Lhasa. When India invaded Tawang, it expelled the officials posted there from Lhasa. India is still brutally occupying South Tibet to this day. In 1987, India renamed the South Tibet to the so-called Arunachal Pradesh. Today the area is restless and India imposed the AFSPA (Armed Force Special Power Act) on South Tibet. AFSPA gives India the power to detain or kill anyone with impunity. No question asked. AFSPA is also imposed on Kashmir. Free South Tibet.

I was in Tibet and actually saw evidence of this around Mt Kailash. I saw stones with foot prints and hand prints in them.

Yes, but why does India suffer so much economically? If India is home of Hinduism, why is there so much current poverty? Most of us here, would agree that India and many surrounding territories have been host to spiritual abilities that compared to today’s cultures (regardless of our current economic/military strengths) acquired spiritual abilities that allowed them to be super glorious for periods throughout history, that we obviously, still are in awe of today? Why did they become weak? Because of illness? Because of economic collapse? Or anything that could cause those spiritual temples to shrink into tiny corners, either high in remote mountains or deep in the jungles…

On a human level, there is an explanation, on a soul and spiritual level, there is a whole another explanation on why we have to experience what we have because we have to grow and ascend on a soul level. So really, this is a very complicated enigma that I cannot really understand. But all I know is that O have to do what I have inorder for my human existence and spirit to grow.

I agree that all human beings are born with and capable of all these special abilities of levitating walking on fire lifting heavy boulders and elephants flying transporting one self etc. We just donot on harnessing it. We lack self discipline and dedication. A saw the video of the one inch punch given by Bruce Lee on an interviewer in his stomach! That interviewer was flown up to his feet and fell in a nearby swimming pool k!

Thanks for this video. I am currently doing a bunch of math and am amazed that part of me can do this with not much effort. Certainly this creation is more than I know. With the guidance of wonderful teachers, I worked as a psychic many years ago and opened a part of my mind through which helpful information came. It was a very deep form of concentration. Thanks again for being reminded of our potential.

​@@chingvang9320 the bible has the very same tool too, its called the allegory of the crucifixtion, where the meaning is for you to keep your cristos (your sexual essence, your "oil") within ,instead of ejecting it.. this way, it travels up the 33 vertebrates of your spine (age of Christ when crucified) and goes into your "golgotha" ("place of skull" - name of place where Christ was crucified). its code for the truth found hidden in the allegory of the 4 "noble" truths.. suffering is due to "desire".. this desire word is veiling the same issue, namely lust. another symbolic word for it is "serpent"... or "dragon".. when the serpent is overcome, when "detachment from desire" is successfully accomplished, regeneration kicks in, prior to that, degeneration which leads to death. then, with Christ inside you, nourishing your soul (jing -> chi -> shen), your spiritual body is produced / born, called the rainbow body or the glorified body. and with that, nothing is impossible. every single true religion teaches this under the hood. most people are simply not capable of looking under the hood. not because they are not smart enough, but because they are biased towards giving in to lust. as the taoists say, in their allegories - one must go on the "grain-free diet" (bigu diet).. grain being the most popular thing among your people, it is evident that lust is being veiled here too. so.. lets stop doing this "my religion is better than yours" bullshit. neither you nor the other guy are justified in bringing their religion into the topic for the sake of their religion, nor fighting for it. they are ALL the same.

It's a common misconception - especially a Western one - that the goal is to perform a feat. The goal is to eliminate suffering. Tibetan Buddhists do not prance around performing physical miracles. They do, however, perform healing rites, which to the casual observer can look like magic or mystical. These rites are very important as they help remove the trappings of despair.

Murdo Macdonald Bayne was a Scottish healer and spiritual teacher who visited Tibet in the 1930s and met a great many masters with such abilities. I highly recommend his autobiographical accounts, Beyond the Himalayas and The Yoga of the Christ for anyone interested in these teachings and practices.

@roymarteen7022 As yoga simply means 'union' (with God), all spiritual traditions around the world have this as their goal. The word may be sanskrit but the goal of the word is univeral. Of course, the word 'Christ' is strongly associated with the Christian tradition around Jesus but it simply means 'anointed one'. In that sense the goal of the Christ yoga is to become one with the universal source and thus an anointed one or great soul (mahatma in sanskrit or avatar - incarnation of God). As it says in the books, the occult sciences of thought transference, yogic walking/flying (the lung gom pa in Tibetan) and other mystical powers are simply a byproduct and precursor of the true goal - to become aware of all that is hiding the Real. In that sense it is not a yoga system but a dismantling of illusion. Murdo Macdonald Bayne meets people from many spiritual paths along through way but the true masters (no gender implied) are beyond religious allegiance. It is not the accumulation of ideas that will set you free. These prevent the Creativeness of the Truth. Only by understanding the self and the illusions of the self can the door to Truth be opened. And the truth has no creed or dogma or nationality or culture. It just is.

I had sometimes suspected, many years ago, after reading the short novel _Lost Horizon_ about the fictional Shangri-la written by British author James Hilton (first published in 1933 when overwhelmingly most of the Indian subcontinent was still under British rule) that there was some basis in fact to Hilton's story about Shangri-la and that Hilton knew more or had somehow learnt more or had heard of more than he was letting on or disclosing in his novel.

What is not taught about what lies behind these "secret powers" is the part that most people should be told about openly, but it is suppressed in order to keep from frightening people away. Take care which stories you allow yourself to be enamored by. Seducing spirits are everywhere, and take many forms. Your personal clarity and integrity means far more than their "mysterious skills and powers."

A full size statue of enlightened master Sri Chinmoy was installed in Nepal 2 years before the massive earthquakes in 2015. After the quakes and countless aftershocks, his disciples went to check on the statue to see if it is damaged. To their shocks, the full size statue remained totally upright, it did not even tilt slightly, while the surrounding ground had turned into rubbles. The statue is still in Nepal today. During his lifetime, Sri Chinmoy lifted 13 live elephants and led meditation at the UN for 37 years, from 1970 until his demise in 2007.

@@stevenkarner6872 Everything that Sri Chinmoy did, whether it is lifting 8000 people or writing 100 songs or running a marathon or meeting world leaders, he did them for a higher purpose. He did not just do them for fame or wealth. He did them for the world under the direct inner command from the Highest. Sri Chinmoy could have chosen to live in a much higher plane of existence if he had wanted to, but an inner call asked him to stay on earth so that he can be used for bringing God’s Light and messages to the world. Whenever he lifted something, he is also using that energy to transform something in the spiritual realm. If we view the world as a battlefield between light and darkness, all these divine instruments that came from God have only one sole purpose : to transform darkness into light. But we ignorant human beings, do not know what happening. Lord Jesus was crucified on the cross. he came to send messages from God and look what had happened to him? He was nailed on the cross. Why didn’t he free himself? Because God wanted Jesus to be an example of how ignorant we are. How stupid we are whenever someone came to do something good, we criticize them and nail them with our dark thoughts. This is why the world is the way it is today. We allowed darkness to reign supremacy, and now we are suffering. We do not know to honour or appreciate God’s divine instruments.

Interesting. Have been interested in and practiced some Tibetan beliefs since I discovered them in a book when I was a teenager and when I spent three months in hospital after a motorcycle accident I was introduced to Tuesday Lobsang Rampa by a nurse. I am not convinced of his origin story but his teachings helped me understand a lot more. However, being a western male growing up in the 70's the "I" in me kept rising to the surface, along with my inpatients and western desires topped off with money grabbing charlatans that infest every corner of the planet I lost belief in a lot of the mystical nature of humanity. Now in my mid 60's and see glimpses of my past lives on this planet, I am starting to understand the paths I took along with the errors in judgement I made in life and why. I still have issues with the "I" in me but watching videos such as these re-enforce the teachings I learnt when young. Thank you.

T. Lobsang Rampa was not genuine. It was revealed that the one who wrote his books was an Irish plumber and posing as a Tibetan monk. He then claimed he was channelling a Tibetan monk or something like that, or maybe believed he was the reincarnation of one. There are some more genuine forms of Buddhism though. Try doing breathing meditation. I did have a Lobsang Rampa book (and still have it somewhere) - the Saffron Robe, but I know it is not genuine now.

In the Pureland Buddhist teaching, Venerable Master Qing Kong explained Buddha Shakyamuni's teaching, that all sentients beings are Buddhas, and we all possess extraordinary paranormal abilities beyond our imagination. Due to our misperceptions and thoughts, we lost these abilities. Hence, when one cultivates with clear, correct, and pure intention, one can even sense or have the visions of future events. How far the future one can see, how many times, and how long the vision remains, depend on one's skill/depth of cultivation. Only people with good intention to help other sentient beings will achieve such abilities. Those with evil or ill intention will achieve nothing. Like what the Christians believe in, be careful of what one wishes for. The devils are always listening and looking out for people with evil thoughts.

Just remember the great indian sage Ramana Maharshi who explicit warned to show siddhis, which you might get a) through work in this direction in former lifetimes or b) through effort and practise in this life. Ramana warned, if you show off, you will receive many blows, as you habe already problems through your "normal" ego, which will much increase with an super-ego by super-powers. Shun it like poison !

My uncle was once in monkhood in Thailand. He has cultivated ability to hear and see something in very far away or hidden places and see past life. The key of practicing is actually to get peace of mind but the paranormal ability is a plus for some people. It can take a few days for some and it can take forever for some.

Thank you for sharing this great info! I first learned about such things in the book you mentioned in the video and was amazed. Similar events are described in the autobiographical accounts by Tuesday Lobsang Rampa, who details his upbringing in a Tibetan lamasery and subsequent life of service. I am curious, though, as to why you describe these events as occurring because of being partly in a parallel reality. Is that the explanation these people provided? Why is another reality necessary, as opposed to simply connecting with the fundamental reality of no-space-no-time where anything is possible?

Lobsang Rampa is a controversial figure. Although I love his books there is a suspicion they were not wholly truthful. But they are wonderful stories. I recommend Murdo Macdonald Bayne's Beyond the Himalayas (recorded free on You Tube) if you enjoy these stories

@@katharineofarrogant7805 Thanks much for the recommended book. I will check it out. I do know that Rampa is controversial. Nevertheless, within his books I saw much affirmation of his experiences. First, the way he described things was quite striking, particularly when he was surprised by the unknown; e.g., when he described devices he saw that he did not know of and I knew what they were and what they were for and the nature of his reaction to them made perfect sense; and when he described his transmutation into another body and it matched descriptions in accounts by some who had NDE). Second, I found affirmation in similar information I encountered elsewhere from accounts of the events with high-level lamas/monks. I find it interesting that he is controversial and it strikes me that the disbelief may be more about a lack of acceptance of what is possible while in human form.

I think of no-space/no-time as a "condition" from which one can "move into" any number of different (parallel) realities. It's as though no-space/no-time is the only reality, and parallel "realities" are the creations of collections of individualized beings in order to have desired experiences. Thus, no-space/no-time is the touchstone from which a being can move into any number of parallel experiences, I think these ideas speak to a much larger picture than the notion of parallel realities . . .

@SJmystic well, I totally agree with you on your last point. And whether everything was 100% accurate doesn't matter ultimately if it resonates and feels true deep down. I've read all of his books and found them mind expanding and beautiful and I think anything that connects us to that deeper awareness within ourselves is a wonderful thing

I called it bio-relocating, two people who through their direct testimonial have achieved this skill, there are pictures of one fading out, it is not to be taken lightly as it will age you if you are not in the proper flow. I am glad more are looking into these things kept from the public knowledge.

I'm always open to believe the fantastic. In this video words are well constructed and composed but seeing and viewing the skills of the paranormal abilities of some of these monks that are said to have would certainly help to negate any doubt. I hope the next video will show the performing acts of teleportation and other claims of the paranormal.

Every traditional knowledge in Tibet and even China, Korea, Japan, Mongolia, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Thailand, comes from India. There are such spiritual giants in every city of India but they don't care to reveal themselves or their abilities to the general public who are not ready to see them. It is not good karma to focus on these powers as they are not for earning money but for furthering one's own liberation.

I agree that these certain special abilities are usually unlocked by certain extreme emotions like fear or wrath. I have experience it on myself, I have always believe since childhood that water has a healing power and at the same time has a destructive power effect for i am born under the sign of cancer a water sign and my surname in our local dialect is moon who has a tremendous power over the rising tide of the seas, when its full moon tides all over the world rises. One time my Grandmother and a friend of her were chatting in the living room i was there and my Grandmother mother rushes over to me and her friend suddenly cannot breathe and most probably having a heart attack i was still in my elementary school age and I just thought that water can cure her suffering i got a glass of water in the faucet and gave it to her and she drank it after that she’s relieved as if nothing happened to her and she thanked me for saving her life! We live in a remote province somewhere in the Philippines and the nearest hospital is so far away. Another actual experience of mine is im already in my late forties and i have an acquaintance of mine whom i trusted for five years with sending my gifts and personal belongings to my love ones for i am an overseas Filipino worker then but the last package i gave to him for a fee he told me something happened and his delivery van is hijacked later I found out that he just stole it and is keeping it for himself in his house i rush in his house and confronted him and i am so angry with him to the max cause i he breached my trust to him that in the middle of our altercations the pipes above us suddenly burst! That saved me if not for it i could have died there cause he’s so big and powerful that he could have strangled and killed me for we are all alone just the two of us in his basement! K

During my younger days in my 20's I was fond of doing meditation. I did that on and off for seven years. Then one night while deep in meditation so deep that I cannot feel my legs and my body. I was sitting in half-lotus position. Only part I realized is neck upward. The breathing became so slow sometime as if not breathing at all. Then I felt some pressure building up in my head. It come and go rhythmically then suddenly a flash of bright white light appeared and flooded up the whole head. It was really a pleasant feeling that i do not wish to let it go. I took note of the feeling and then slowly let it go. I was sitting almost two hours. Till today 40 over years later every time I close my eyes and take a few breaths I can feel a wave rush up to the head.

i had exactly the same experience precisely but i was not meditating. it started while falling asleep( it felt like in between falling asleep and being aware you are in bed ..like in a vivid dream ) Suddenly i felt pressure on my crown chakra a feeling i thought im imaging it ..i started to frightened and I froze in a curled up position but curious and wanted to see what will it be ....i kept saying the Father's prayer in my mind desperately...then suddenly a surge of energy hit my heart...the feeling of pure divine love i felt there are no words to describe ...then I was buzzing thru my spine like an electric poll....IT WAS AN AMAZING FEELING ...my opinion: i have felt the Holy Spirit!!!

I experienced sumtin similar but didn't see the brilliant light. It was like having an continuous orgasm but I kept see flashes of images that were not from this dimension I believe.

Read 'Autobiography of a yogi' where he mentions one saint who could not be photographed, except when he said, "ok, now take my picture." I personally had a similar experience. My camera showed preview, then another. But later, both shots were all black.

there are many places with handprints melted into them by advanced practitioners eg. milarepa, guru rinpoche, etcetc. quite common. the first tukdam that was scientifically monitored and tested was in taipei 2020 when i was there. the monk remained in tukdam post clinical death for over 30 days without decomposing, body remaining flexible skin supple, producing a sweet fragrance, etcetc. neuroscientists collected much strange data but it is useless to them since they follow the physicalist model of biology and can make no sense of the data they collected eg. spontaneous brain activity activation weeks post clinical death. and persistent heat generation around the heart region for the duration. since then, zopa rinpoche died and entered tukdam for some duration but was not opened to neuroscientists only video recorded (on youtube a tiny bit), and gyatrul rinpoche died his body shrinking to a small size post clinical death as per the dzogchen method sign of sognificant accomplishment, again only video recorded not opened to neuroscientists.

First of all, body temperature control is simple (to a certain extent). You don't even have to practice the Tibetan way of Tumoo. There are two ways I know of to change the body temp by a few degrees. 1) Ask your body to do it, to increase or decrease its temperature. 2) Imagine being in a cooler or warmer location. Out in the sun, a hot tub, sauna, cool pool, outside in the snow etc. And allow the sensations of being in those locations to happen on /in your body. Both methods require you to be open to the potential of the body temperature changing. Look at it as an experiment. Second of all, there is utterly no proof of any of these other things. There is however more and more evidence that ALL of the more "supernatural" stuff is myth.. And always has been. This evidence is even coming out of these traditions that have been talking about the abilities! At same time, there are people pushing that these powers exist even harder... And they are charging A LOT OF MONEY to people who want to learn. The #1 rule with anything REALLY spiritual is that the teaching is ALWAYS free. And I mean always! Sure, you can offer money after a lesson or whatever. But, there should NEVER be any pressure to give money. If the teacher is any good, they will not be in need of money because people will give freely as they see how much whatever was taught helps them.

If the teacher sees bad intentions - of using such powers, they can ask for big money, not to sell the science but to disable the person in a way, from learning it from others because their budget is shaken and plans need change. Simple.

Dozens of vids have already been made about this topic, and I did one myself. In it, I do explain the reasons why it is impossible that he spent even one day in such a remote and forgotten place.

I was in Tibet back in the early 1900s. During my journey, I came across a nomad monk that was able to talk, walk, and breathe. I was astonished that he had these abilities. We sat together next to a campfire, he told me stories of others like him that had his abilities. After our meal, he stands up and pats his stomach. The fart he squeezed out his cheeks was a force to be reckoned with. It is now 2023, I am still 21 and I am still in utter disbelief how any human can have such power come out of a small orifice.

I have this paranormal capacity that allows me to see the subconscious of people. When I observe a person it appears as a cat, another as a lion, another as a snake, another as a man hunching, another as a cat playing with its prey.

The only abilities which work in life are being utmostly present in life and being aware. With it, U can literally move mountains and heal yourself irrespective of what happens on the outside World..hah

All religions profess to have supernatural occurrences although proof is never provided.

The greatest strength is the strength of the mind to overcome the obstacles of living in a dangerous toxic world spiraling out of control on a path toward oblivion. Physical displays of unusual strength, etc., while sequestered in peaceful Buddhist villages pales in comparison to if this sequestered monk came down off their mountain escapes and embrace benevolence and show the courage to place themselves in the ghettos of the world and beg for alms to feed the poor-not themselves. This is real power. Real paranormal gifts. Fearlessness. Not escapism into mountain temples.

It‘s true that in Tibet, there are thousands of these stories and up to now there are people alive who have demonstrated supernatural power. I know dozens of people who know someone who have witnessed these miraculous power. Ancient Tibet has much more than what you‘ve told in this short video. Nobody would believe it. We in the West believe only in things which are physical and approved by science. People here still looking for UAP, but in ancient Tibet, we Tibetans used to trade with aliens. And up to know there are lots of stuffs from unknown material. But the western countries have to find everything by themselves, while in our history, we already had planes and cars, surgeries hundreds of yra ago. Very funny! Since everyone is looking towards West, most of the knowledges have been lost.

Not convinced, unless the monks are part extraterrestial's which is unlikely. If people are to believe this sort of extraordinary abilities can be achieved by meditating and training by some monk's, then those exploits should be documented on video and witnessed by people able to detect deceit, like through intricate magic, while also excluding any possibility that photographic manipulation has been made to "create the impression" that real unbelievably feats has actually been performed.!!! These are highly evolved souls who had been Dakas (male Buddhist Angelic Beings) or Dakinis (female Buddhist Angelic Beings) in previous lifes or were long time meditators. It is true, I witnessed an American citizen who became a Buddhist monk. He visited my sangha and told a story of a Lama known to him who could trespass walls, levitate and fly. I believe him. Also the Tulkus touch places and follow their gut instinct to unearth Buddhist relics and treasures. They also perform paranormal activity. This i learned in the Kalachakra empowerment in Washington DC on June 2011.

I practiced the yoga sutras from Patanjali. I think nowadays special powers can partially be explained by identifying with awareness and act from there.our thoughts are very powerful.
