This is a good recipe, tasty, quick and excellent value. We have made one addition to the meat filling and that is adding turkish mild pepper paste to the ingredients that is purly personnel prefferance, we also grate the onion rather than chop it again more of a personnel prefferance the onion cooks better and is sweeter. If you have access to a microwave at work these make a great work lunch. Thank you for the recipe, Take care, God bless one and all.

Ok I’m going to try this recipe it looks so good , the hamburger looked like a nice coarse grind. Then I might try it with fish instead of beef and add a touch of cilantro . You make great videos. From Vancouver Island

Looks delicious!! I would add some minced fresh garlic, to the meat mixture for some added flavor. Not necessary but would add more flavor.

A lot of value in that cook. Excellent ideas. I will have to change the ingredients to jalapenos onions and cilantro and the cheese to Colby Jack and cut a lot of the oil. But man this is a great idea. Long time viewer. Thanks man!
