Absolutely the best of any cooking channel ,in ny opinion. Has quiet Elegánce: sights sounds, music,xhildren un background, ease if recipes and I learn uses of ingredients and tools. And not to forget the sheer Elegance of the Lady Chef .

I love that these are recipes that can easily be followed, no matter your "cooking skill".

She's using the Hexclad!! I have it and love it ..retains cooking Temps very well and is non stick..

I'm from upstate New York, just south of Lake Ontario. I love your videos and sometimes I adapt them to be cooked in the pressure cooker. For this video I will try that it tenderizes the meat and makes an awesome brought thank you for your video

Nice recipe. I think the only modification I’d do is to sweat the onions before the wine vinegar to take the bite out and develop the natural sugars a bit.

I love this quick take on Beef Stroganoff, so easy I think it will motivate my son to learn how to extend his basic cooking repertoire. We'll make it together. Thanks!

Beef Stroganoff was always a favourite of mine out of all the wonderful dishes my Mum cooked for the family while we were growing up, I would always request it when asked what I wanted for a birthday dinner or other special occasion. I still make her version of it from time to time, this one also looks very good!

These look delicious! I will definitely try them. They look quick and easy to fix and not a lot of ingredients. Thank you so much for your recipes. 🤗

The 2nd one is very similar to a beef stroganoff. Try pan frying baby onions and adding those as well. Another great video. 👍😘

Love that color your wearing, French blue….my favorite! As I’m beginning to hear sounds of a newborn, like your sweet little guy, it makes me almost cry… as my first grandchild will be born Thursday morning 🎉🎉🎉❤❤ My son and daughter in law live many, many miles away, but believe me, even if I have to sell my home to afford visiting often, then I will!
