I love how they say 10 minute. Cutting all the veggies, cutting the tortilla, cooking all the ingredients, this would easily take 30-40 minutes if not longer.

Quick tip for cutting the tortilla smaller: you can fold the tortilla in half twice and then cut the edges off to save time and help it to stay even

Don't use diced tortilla, dice garlic instead

The plate on top is such a great idea, anytime I make a "crunch-wrap" I always have time with those edges, and yet never thought of doing that, haha. Thanks!

You can legit just flip the tortilla backwards on its unfolded side so that gravity keeps the folds held together

I used to do something similar to melt cheese on top quicker and the glass plate broke due to heat. Be careful.

I tried this using a "street taco" size tortilla to fold the larger tortilla around/over. Worked perfectly. I didn't have the tortilla bits in the beef mixture but it saved me from failing to cut a tortilla to size 😂. Super yummy meal. Love this recipe. And a pizza cutter works great if you need to cut it.

I haven't made it yet, but the first thing I thought too, was is all that fancy cutting necessary. I mean just fold the excess over like you did. It's still a great idea I think and the guy at least put up a video he presumably made. If I had a hat, it would be off.

Great idea. I usually have both sizes in the ‘fridge. I used chicken and chorizo instead of beef and Mexican seasonings, served with salsa.

I immediately give a like because I know it's delicious!!! 👍😆😋

Nice. It’s a take on a ground beef burrito. Maybe add some taco or Cajun seasoning to kick it up a bit (definitely want to season it with at least S&P). Just sautéing the onions and beef will take 10 mins, so a little truth in advertising would be warranted as well.

Even more delicious flavour using a mix of mozzarella and cheddar !!! 😀😀😀
