___ INGREDIENTS FOR THE RECIPE ___
For the mashed potatoes:
4 medium potatoes.
30 g butter (about 1 tablespoon).
100 g grated cheddar cheese.
Spices: Black Pepper, Mint, Salt.
For the mince:
500 g minced meat.
1 red pepper.
4 green peppers.
1 medium onion.
3 cloves of garlic.
2 medium sized tomatoes.
30 ml of olive oil (about 3 tablespoons).
1 teaspoon of tomato paste (25 g).
1 glass of water (200 ml).
Spices: Black Pepper, Cumin, Thyme, Paprika, Salt.
For the surface:
150 g grated cheddar cheese.
1-2 sprigs of parsley.
Cooking time: 20 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.

Only difference between your dish and Cottage pie is you put the mashed potatoes on the bottom and not the top like Cottage pie. Your receipe looks good 😊

I just made this recipe and just as you demonstrate is amazing. I still had to add a bit of salt and pepper but that's just me. The flavor texture and presentation is absolutely amazing. Thank you for posting your recipes. EVERY ONE I HAVE TRIED has been beyond amazing!

There are young and old viewers...for the young...it's wanted and needed information. They learn skills...and for those older who were never taught how to cook, it's also a learning experience. Why come to someone's channel only to complain...do your own videos the way you want, it's not very nice to criticize how someone chooses to do their OWN videos.

Es parecido a lo que en Argentina llamamos Pastel de papas. Solamente que al relleno le agregamos huevo duro picado y arriba de la carne , antes del queso, va otra capa de puré. Es una receta riquísima. Gracias por tus videos.

I swear I made this dish, but I reversed the mashed potato and the meat mixture, and called it "Shepards Pie". I loved how you used those clay vessels to also serve the food. Fantastico!
