Recipe 1: If you have POTATOES and some meat, definitely try this recipe! Delicious main dish guaranteed! Everyone will be amazed.
It's such a meal that it's guaranteed to be finished as soon as it arrives on the table! Minced meat roll potato recipe.
___ 1. Ingredients needed for the recipe ___
3 large potatoes (900 grams)
Cheddar cheese (300 grams)
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (20 ml)
Salt (4 grams)
For the filling:
Minced meat (500 grams)
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (20 ml)
1 onion.
3 green peppers.
1 red pepper.
3 cloves of garlic.
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce (25 grams)
1 teaspoon of tomato paste (20 grams)
Chili peppers, black pepper, cumin, thyme and salt.
3-4 sprigs of parsley.
1st cooking: 30 minutes in the oven at 200 °C.
2nd cooking: 10 minutes in the oven at 200 °C.
Recipe 2: Potato bread! Balloon bread! Delicious, practical and healthy bread!

6 potatoes.
1 carrot.
1 onion.
5-6 fresh green onions.
3 eggs.
1 glass of milk (200 ml)
1.5 cups of flour (180 g)
2-3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Spices: Black pepper and salt.
For the above:
4 tomatoes.
200 g cheddar cheese.
1 pinch of parsley.
Baking time: 1st cooking: 30 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees. 2nd cooking: 15 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees. Total 45 minutes.

2 green peppers.
1 red pepper.
1 tomato.
1 potato.
1 glass of tulum cheese (120 grams)
