You should hear the way Moms curse at school pickup. Police we called by the principal because of parents speeding away and double/triple parking. Several children have narrowly avoided being hit. The parents curse and don't comply. Nothing happens.

They do it because the cops and security have to tip toe around people, so their feelings of entitlement are respected and catered to, which ends up being that everyone else has to be abused . There is little to no accountability. You can falsely and blatantly accuse people of being racists and misogynist and other "-ists" and again not be held accountable. Few would try any of this in say Singapore or Moscow because they know they would not get away with being entitled and spoiled - all of a sudden they would learn self-restraint. Brittney Griner (sp?) learned that one the hard way.

@@danidakota7304 jail is technically for small crimes, drinking while driving, public intoxication, fighting.....semi minor crimes. Prison is for murder, serious sexual crimes, money laundering, arson. Depends on crime.

The youtuber narrates some of these videos wrong. Either they always support the boys in blue, no matter what they do, or they only care about clout. Those people at the birthday party didn't deserve to be put in your video and referred to as entitled. Although the parent who chose to have a venue that included alcohol at a kids birthday party need to have their head examined, the 2 who were originally arrested didn't deserve it. Basically, they were arrested for not kissing cop butt. All I saw was 2 people doing a good deed.

Or the last one. The woman is calm, the attendant could have easily misheard her or misinterpreted what was said (as it's all he said/she said), and the case is not closed. Narrator starts with "THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU TELL THE WRONG JOKE!" Doesn't even throw an "allegedly" in there.

Ok Mr. Finest, I just wanted to clear this up for you. Jail is where you go for misdemeanors and when you are first charged with a felony. U go to prison if you're proven guilty of the felony or whatever the courts decide. Been subbed for years and I was hoping you would catch on but here I am. 🎉

The attendant could have misheard that as well; it's easy to do in that kind of situation in a loud airport. With no real proof, it's a he said/she said situation and doesn't really fit here. The narrator for this is weird; doesn't know the difference between prison and jail and doesn't say "allegedly" in cases that haven't been closed and where there's no evidence.

And amazingly the guy was actually right the police have to state specifically that you have been detained AND then provide a reason for the detainment. "I want to talk to you" is not a reason for detainment. If you are not detained then you are free to go. Acting like a child after he was arrested won't do him any favors in court though. I suppose they may still have a chance for an unlawful arrest suit.

I worked in criminal justice for 18 years. We both give our ideas and reasons and why we see things in different directions but we both strive to be neutral. Saying things like, “You could be right…” is a valuable neutral stance to take, no right, no wrong. Nothing is worth going to jail over and we tend to learn from our mistakes and chalk it up to learning from our mistakes and move on. 👍

20:57 Being a firefighter does not make you a cop. Being a firefighter also doesn’t mean you’re a genius. As long as you can pass the physical tests, you can be a firefighter. Most places are volunteers and don’t even have physical tests, you just sign up and do training. I’ve met some pretty dumb people that are firefighters so I’m not sure why she is led to believe you need to be smart to be a firefighter.

I don't drive due to a disability so I do a lot of walking. I can't tell you how many times I've almost been run over as a pedestrian because of the things you mentioned. It's pretty scary.

No reason to make her leave the car either officer just didn't like being told to mind her own business. Usually I'm on the cops side but that was bullshit

34:00-Were these two convicted of those charges? The DA probably dropped the charges because both of those people tried explaining they weren't involved and the cops are too immature to do their job and decided to abuse their power because they suck at their job. Those cops should be fired. They're a liability for their department, its also very understandable for people to become aggregated in those situations. Not saying those two acted appropriately but its understandable.

The cop said they are like 'vinegar and water'; he probably meant like _oil_ & water.
