She had a protective order against her that says she cannot be at that school. Not sure who it protects but it’s in place. Cop got a complaint that she was still showing up at the school so he was attempting to investigate but she decided to not comply and allow him to do his job so she was obstructing and therefore was under arrest. She resisted, got tased, etc. She seems to think that just because she’s been dropping her foster daughter off at school for months that there is no issue. She doesn’t seem to comprehend that just because she’s been doing it doesn’t mean it’s legally allowed.

I do not feel the cop was in the wrong. But she was just dropping her daughter off at school. And I feel that with a little bit of d escalating. Possibly having the other officer talk to her and take Uber. But even with out I think it could have been done without him tasing her. I think he jumped the gun on that. But like I said, I don't think he was in the wrong. I do think that with a little more talking and pulling out and threatening with the taser and the right way. She would have come out on her own and the confrontation could have been avoided.
