The Albert's are a powerful and well connected family. Lally said there is no evidence so who's an expert on getting rid of evidence? Law enforcement which happened to be everyone in their house that night so why are they so defensive when they're not even on trial? Maybe its endless lies, amnesia and unhelpfulness in this case. The worst thing you can do for your pet and family is not train them, especially a shepherd. And we don’t refer to her as “it”. She is our heart and the only reason I sleep soundly. This entire thing is INSANE and makes ZERO sense. I bet I could poll hundreds of officers in Oklahoma and we’d all agree that our doors are locked. Yet, he could not even walk outside when there was a fallen officer in his front yard. In my opinion the young people come across as uncaring and arrogant. I hope that the jurors notice this. Here’s what I think the reasoning is for putting this on Karen - NOT because she’s an outsider, but because she happened to come back and find him. It was opportunistic more than anything else. A conspiracy is nowhere near as complex as one might imagine. In Law Enforcement, rank holds a ton of weight, and politics (or one's desire to further one's own career) is enough to get anyone to "stand down" and look the other way. The lead investigator was a close friend of the family. Nobody besides him needed to be in on it. He simply steered the investigation a particular way, and his comrades didn't argue with his theory of the crime. The impropriety throughout the investigation is public knowledge! The same goes for how Brian Albert, the eldest sibling with a well-known propensity for violence, leads his family. One word from him, and everyone falls in line. They just do what they're told and don't need to be IN ON why they're doing or saying anything.

Exactly this!! I almost take offence to people calling this some kind of "grand conspiracy" and saying "you can't get hundreds of people to be in on this, why would they". If this is a conspiracy it's only of (parts of) ONE family (the Albert-McCabe) and their friend Michael Proctor. It's just a handfull of close knitted people. Cover ups/conspiracies like that is not far fetched at all, and happens all the time.

Why is it with every single witness, the questions and answers are fine and dandy through the beginning of the night but when they get to the house, the questions and answers get fuzzy and inconsistent??? And Lally starts going backwards and off topic?? Why can't he just ask about the night in order without trying to confuse the jury? And how does Matt McCabe know Julie Nagel is looking out the door? That is such a weird question. This case is so frustrating. As this testimony goes on, the answers start to conform to the prior testimony. Like the CW is asking questions to fix prior answers from other witnesses and it is so sus to me!! Every single one of them have a different story. And I just want to know: If Karen's car was FACING the flagpole and John O'Keefe was hit with the BACK of the SUV, wouldn't he be thrown TOWARD THE MAILBOX and not toward the FLAGPOLE???? Their testimony makes no sense whatsoever.

So here’s the thing for me, if KR has been framed, the only reason would be because someone in the house where he was found, committed the crime, otherwise what is the reason for the coverup/framing. So I think that someone in that house has committed the crime of murder or they have gotten into something with the victim and something has gone wrong and Brian Snr has asked his police buddies to point the finger elsewhere. It just doesn’t make sense any other way for me and I am struggling to understand how this even got to trial. There is definitely more to this than we are seeing right now, I have to say that I am looking forward to when the defence start their case and get to bring in their witnesses.

That's the only explanation for me as well. If these people weren't connected to the Canton/Boston police and the state police, I would assume the investigation would have gone a whole different way. Or we'd hope it would at least. Maybe someone in the house didn't deliberately kill JO, but he may have hit his head so hard that it was an accident. Regardless of who it was that killed JO, the family weren't gonna take the chance of going to jail. Even for manslaughter. That's my theory anyway. All of these kids act like adults even as teens. Drinking underage, I'm sure driving at some point while having drank, no curfew just come and go as they please. They all just seem like they're used to doing what they want to. The parents seem to treat them like friends instead of being parents. Colin seems like he's been baby'd his whole life, yet he probably did adult things. He also seems like he'd be a bully. There's noway that kid hasn't been in a fight. I sure hope the defense finds one of his victims to testify. RIP John and praying for Karen.

One thing I will say, is that the major takeaway as viewers and hopefully the jury too is that we are all heartbroken about this terrible tragedy. That John O’Keefe deserved better - even from acquaintances, and especially those that had this tragedy happened near them. I’m glad the prosecution called his family members first, not only so they could watch the trial, but also so there is a constant reminder that he died tragically. It is completely tragic and I’m devastated for his family. I look forward for truth coming out and I hope the guilty party is held accountable - regardless if it’s a dog, a kid, a friend, or the girlfriend. But most importantly the shotty police work.

She lost everything!! 💔💜💔

Ok so i have a pretty good memory. I remember details very well as a detail oriented person…. I was courting someone (lengthy courting / considering & feeling into a relationship with him) and this guys memory was so bad. So so bad. He forgets everything. All the time. I tried to see it as ok and cute but it became an issue. He cant recall important conversations we had. Important romantic moments with me. He missed many things i talked about. I had to reexplain/repeat so many things. He asks the same questions always and never remembers what I answered the last time he asked the same question. … became too much forgetfulness & lalalandish ways for me. ….. so with that said, tho I believe some of the i dont knows are instructions, some may be real too. Some people have that sorta bad or weird - sorta like an ADD look a like memory.

Here is what happened IMO: Colin and John got into a physical altercation and the family jumped in to help Colin, thus the dog jumped in to help as well (watch dog attack training videos and they ALWAYS go for the arm). Please also keep in mind that the screenshot photos from Lally are altered and Colin‘s knuckles show ZERO injuries but the REAL photo (that defense attorneys have) show the actual injuries on his knuckles. The FBI will figure all of this out and Colin and others will be held accountable for John’s death. Oh and of course, Karen is about to be acquitted. Also (and remember): 1) Basement flooring replaced 2) house then SOLD 3) dog “rehomed” 4) cell phones traded in (gone).
