The Most Natural Gut Cleanse EVER

Have we forgotten the inner intelligence within ourselves that is designed to clean and rebuild our gut? With time, we are becoming so dependent on adding more and more to our plate, stuffing ourselves with prebiotics and probiotics (while they are important in many cases), getting on gut cleanses, and so on, that we are losing focus on our body’s inbuilt intelligence. What is this intelligence that I am talking about and how can you harness it? It's a beautiful mechanism that can keep your gut clean and healthy. Watch this video to know more.

Years ago cod liver oil was given daily, people ate organic homemade food, woke with the sun and slept in the dark, we were outside hanging laundry, gardening, walking to and from. GMO, transfats, massmarketed prepackaged food, Pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics, chem trails, pollution were not globally widespread.

True. I have been eating way less and everything else in my body feels great. Just two meals. 6 hours gap and then I fast for 14-16 hours and I never really have any problems including my gut anymore.

Ah! Thank you for the information. I had watched a video where a Yogi said that most people in the Ashram eat at 10 am and then 7 pm and that it was important to keep at least 8 hours between meals. He said if you do that, it is like you are fasting and then you don't need to do fasting. Another person said sort of the same thing, but about having at least 12 hours between meals. Neither explained how it would be like fasting, though.

Thank you Luke for introducing MMC terminology and it's importance. I follow Circadian rhythm fasting for majority of my days. I do workouts in the morning, so I break the fasting with a pre-workout meal, followed by post workout and then give a gap of 4 hours between each meal. In the video you mentioned that one can consume beverages in between mini fasting's - while I don't have the habit of consuming tea & coffee - I want to have fruits.. As I realize it is not good to mix fruits and cooked food together , I am not able to figure out when I should be consuming fruits in the schedule. If possible, plz respond and clarify. Regards

You can try eating fruits 1st thing in the morning instead of a heavy breakfast, you can have a branch kind of meal later. It is not absolutely necessary to do 8 hours fast as long as you are following circadian rhythm and having early dinner. I know you weren't asking me but hope this helps 😊
