The most important musician skill with Ateez

Музыка

Active listening is one of the most overlooked yet important aspects of music production and songwriting. Today we are exploring an approach to active listening and explaining why The World Ep.2: Outlaw works so well. We highlight numerous examples from every song on this album, and we show how various elements can tie in not only an album but a whole series.
We are looking various elements which captures out attention when we listened to Ateez's Outlaw. We demonstrate sound choices and production approaches. We show modal mixture, and harmony. We explore referencing, both of other artists and of their own previous work. We look at song arrangement and how a concept can impact not only a single song or even an album, but multiple albums in a series.

I enjoyed this analysis. I really, really love the direction Ateez is going. Interestingly I am also a fan of Muse and Adam Lambert (who also often takes on a Muse-like sound).

Thank you for the analysis, I really loved this album and its dark sound! although I like Movement a tiny bit more, Outlaw is great too and all songs are consistently cohesive. My favorite song from this album must be This World, the intro is just pulling you in, chorus is epic and powerful, and I love all the edm elements.
