Yes! I have yet to see ANYTHING that amounts to him being, "one of the 'greats' at the Blues guitar". In fact, I'd bet money that the basic riff...is the only one he knows. I know for a fact that he only "aired" that guitar, in the few seconds where he pretended to play it. I could be wrong, but I'm sure that, like with every lie he pettles...he's a legend in his own mind!

I’m from Plymouth, England and it’s good to see Justin Lee Collins interview Steven Segal as Justin is from Bristol which is fairly close to Plymouth and is from my end of the country (well it’s a lot closer than most English people on tv come from, as they all seem to be from the big cities like London, Liverpool, Manchester etc). And to hear Justin speak with that strong Somerset accent to Segal is great and Segal was probably thinking “what’s this guy saying?” 😂

There was a karate sensei who did the same: mocked him implicitly, but in practice kissed his ass. I think Seagal must be remembered every opportunity we have that his behaviors have real repercussions in how people treat him. He is not only a jerk, hes also very toxic

How’s it going man? That was a great interview with the great master! That story about Gene Labell is true only it didn’t happen exactly like has been til by Kevin Hart. They did have an altercation. Steve was talking about that he had a way to escape any choke hold. So Gene had him in a choke hold and Steven hit Gene in the balls. Then In reaction gene body slammed Seagal, slamming him flat on his back. That was the end of the really quick interaction. I guess Stevens security guy was standing there and watched it happen and Steven gave him the sign to back off and not do anything. Afterwards they brushed it off like it never happened and kept talking. This story only got told afterwards and like most stories that Steven tells it’s been blown out of proportion and twisted into what it is today. I heard this actual version from someone who got first hand information from people who were there on set, and extensively researched the names involved and has verified what stuntmen were on set and present. There’s also some film that exists of this incident which shows the people who were there. So when I saw this and it was explained, it made alot of sense. Why Steven couldn’t just admit what really happened, who knows. It’s definitely a better version for him from the version that’s been widely shared and believed. But we know he can’t admit he was ever beaten or anyone ever got the better of him. Some of the people involved were part of a group of martial artists who formed a group who challenged Seagal to prove he was a real martial artist but unfortunately it never happened. Steven of course avoided any real confrontation. But they really wanted to beat the crap out of him. The same as the producers wanted Michael Jai White to beat the crap out of him on set because he would often hit stuntmen with full force, often hurting them . Sucker punching them. It’s great that all this stuff has come out and he’s been exposed for the piece of shit he is. It’s crazy because he would have probably been highly respected if he had been honest and respectful. All things a true marshal artist would be. You can’t live a self centered life abusing your position and everyone around you and think it’s not going to come back to haunt you. I’m surprised he doesn’t understand the simple concept of Karma. I’ve heard he was an accomplished Buddha, reborn from a line of great masters . What comes around goes around. All those years of bad behavior are coming back!!

I don't know this guy but I think he might be playing along just so Steven Seagal won't end the interview. With that said there are people who still praise Seagal & defend him or make excuses for him. I seen this 1 youtuber that put him along with Schwarzenegger, Stallone & JCVD as the mount rush more of action movies. Even though I disagree with I'm willing to listen to some1 give their reasons for it. However his reasoning was as if he specifically made it just so he can put Seagal in the mt Rushmore of action stars but even worse some of his reasoning contradicted itself. For example some1 had said Seagal doesn't belong there because he only had a few hits in the 80's & 90's & everything else was straight to video trash. So the guy says that in his list he's only taking into consideration guys that were big in the 90's because that was the best era so guys like Rock, Vin Diesel, Keanu Reeves & others the watchers suggested didn't qualify. Which to me that's bs because you don't just get to cherry pick the good & leave out the bad. Then some1 suggested guys like Jet Li, Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, Chow Yung Phat & he disqualified them because they're foreigners which makes no sense because JCVD & Arnold are both foreigners. Other people suggested guys like Bruce Willis Mel Gibson, Kurt Russell etc.. he disqualified them supposedly because they weren't really know for their action roles until later & started off as comedic or dramatic actors because Gibson had done some of that in Australia & Bruce Willis had done movies like look whos talking 1 & 2 & because he started out on TV doing a show called Moonlighting. Pretty much any time any1 suggested some1 more worthy he blew them off & gave bs reasons why they don't belong but Seagal does
